Well, these ARE the best apple fritters I've ever eaten in my life. There is now a before & after Beigne Habitude. This information is almost a burden. The dough was crispy & airy & light, the dough is also soft & the glaze is perfect. Absolutely worth $5.

The Alfa Romeo of donuts. Unexpected flavor combos like mango chili & earl grey, & the most decadent apple fritter laced with just the right hint of spice. The textures are spot-on, from a light, airy cruller to a satisfyingly dense old fashioned. These donuts feel serious & refined, but the vibe is friendly & unpretentious. Great service, thoughtful execution, a real gem.
Had the apple fritter, Thai tea & sunflower. Each one was better than the last one. The sunflower one was very unique & fluffy. Incroyable & magnifique. Beigne nerds.
Best donuts in town! It's my new ritual to order a box every weekend! They even offer delivery which is a game changer in my case! I should gatekeep these cause they are the best but i'll share the tip...the apple fritters guys....the best ive ever had! Shhh its a secret...
I stumbled across Beigne Habitude & I'm so happy I did (also happy I love no where close), because their donuts are to die for. I've now had the pleasure of trying so many flavours: cherry cola, Apple fritter, chocolate babka, coffee, honey & sunflower, bay leaf & Concord grape, passionfruit & chocolate, mango chili, & strawberry lemon. Each one delicious in its own right. Yum!! I love that there are different types of dough for the donuts, really playing to capture a broad audience. Run, don't walk!

Certains beignes, comme ceux fourrés (citrouille, par exemple) sont vraiment bons. D'autres, comme le Apple fritter, le beignet au café, celui au raisin Laurier sont vraiment trop "greasy" & goûte beaucoup la crème sure (ou un autre ingrédient aigre). À 5$ le beigne, c'est un peu cher. Quand meme un bel endroit, service A1 & beaucoup d'originalité. Peut-être juste mettre un peu moins de ce goût "aigre" & ça serait le bonheur. Longue vie à ce bel endroit.
The best apple fritter I've ever had, a little greasy but omg so flavorful. Every flavor hits so good. & the chocolate peanut buttercup was also phenomenal..
Went for my first visit today & will definitely be back! One of my teenagers & I visited late in the day on a Friday, not sure what to expect. We were very impressed on all levels: great donuts, friendly & warm service, comfortable space. You can tell the people who run the place love what they do. ❤️ We ordered three donuts: a chai latte, a chocolate babka, & a blueberry maple fritter, . All three were fantastic! My 18 year-old loved the chai latte donut, made with an old-fashioned cake base, saying it was "the best donut ever!" & was her favourite of the three. My chocolate babka was a mix of chocolate cake braided with brioche. It was lovely. We split the blueberry maple fritter, a brioche donut that tasted like the best possible caramelized crusty bits of a blueberry pancake with the just the right amount of maple syrup. It was very rich, but perfectly so. It was my favourite. We left very happy & impressed. Just before we left, we were gifted one more donut! I missed the name, but I think it was a lime & guava brioche donut. We saved it for after our dinner & it too was wonderful! The texture of the brioche was perfect & the balance of sweet & acid in the icing was well balanced. The pic was taken back at home. I highly recommend Beigne Habitude & can't wait to bring the rest of my family for another visit!
I knew I was in for an out of world experience when the ground before me tore asunder & a demon erupted from its depths. He commanded: "SATISFY MY SWEET TOOTH OR I WILL END YOUR WORLD". He was looking really suave & something about his aura made me keep my cool & disregard the tortured souls he had weaved into his outfit- after a few questions regarding food intolerances, I took the demon to this donut shop. The staff was really cool, real demon inclusive- answered all our questions & my now demon friend opted for a blueberry fritter. I wasn't worried about the choice (everything is delicious) but I had had this particular fritter before & it allowed me to solve a major global conflict whilst digesting it so, I figured it was perhaps as good as any to stave off the apocalypse. Have you ever seen a handsome demon cry from joy? Well, let me tell you, it's almost as good as these donuts. Five stars!!!!!

What a perfect addition to Little Italy! Super friendly, & the creations are mind-blowing. The bluet & erable fritter is cripplingly yummy. Un beigne parfait à thème québécois!
Disclaimer: I am not a lover of donuts. Yesterday, walking back to my car from Milano on St. Laurent, I spotted a sign I hadn't seen before, so I decided to explore. My first impression of Beigne Habitude was how spotless it was! Although, donuts are not usually appealing to me, I spotted one that was guava & lime - 2 flavours I adore & decided to buy one. Once I was buying one, I thought it might be a good idea to buy two to taste test later on. So I chose a blueberry & maple syrup fritter. I'm leaving a review because I cannot believe how delicious these were! The flavours of lime & guava were sublime, & they balanced each other perfectly. The texture of the donut itself was light & fluffy - no sign of being deep fried at all! This morning, we decided to have the blueberry & maple syrup fritter for breakfast, & it was a perfect beginning to a wonderful day! Beigne Habitude Will certainly see me again, & if you love donuts, you should definitely head that way! 😋

These are the best donuts we've ever had. Having these for the first time ever is truly a wonderful experience that everyone should have. It is true that their specialty is the variety of doughs they offer. We had the honey cruller with sunflower seed crumble that sat so lightly in your mouth & was so incredibly soft. The blueberry maple fritter was crispy & decadent & did not feel heavy at all. The hibiscus glazed donut was such an interesting flavour bomb that left me finishing it first. Not to mention the amazing service I had with the employee who took her time to walk me through the menu in detail, all done on the phone. The service was as great & as rememberable as the donuts. Thank you for making my Sunday morning.
Je ne suis généralement pas si friande de beignes, mais ceux-ci m'ont conquise! Ils sont originaux & la texture & les saveurs varient d'un à l'autre. Coups de coeur pour le fritter aux fraises & amandes & pour celui au babeurre & à la rhubarbe. Ils ne sont pas donnés, mais ils valent la peine! Bravo!
best donuts in montreal & maybe on earth!! i'm obsessed with the cruller - really light & melts in your mouth. the strawberry fritter was also amazing; the bottom was crunchy & had essentially caramelized. i would give more than 5 stars if i could.
