BBagels se distingue par des bagels surdimensionnes, moelleux a l'interieur et croustillants a l'exterieur, accompagnee d'une large gamme de fromages a la creme maison et de trempettes, dont des options veganes, avec des saveurs comme citron, echalote, miel ail jalapeno et chimichurri. Le concept repose sur l'idee de dechirer et tremper le bagel dans une trempette plutot que d'appliquer des garnitures classiques, dans une ambiance familiale et conviviale renforcee par une cuisine ouverte et une demarche zero waste qui plait. Les avis evoquent des bagels au saumon fume remarquables et d'autres options farcies, le saumon fume etant souvent describe comme l'un des meilleurs, avec des accords de saveurs audaces bien equilibres. Le service est frequemment salue pour sa chaleur et son efficacite dans un cadre detendu, meme si certains trouvent le rapport qualite-prix eleve et quelques plats lourds ou inegaux. Not the most traditional, but certainly the highest quality bagel you'll find in Montreal. This is the bagel-snob's bagel. To get the best, ask for their recommendation & trust them. Bagels come out so fresh they will burn your fingers if you're not careful! The smoked salmon bagel is fantastic with house smoked salmon & topped with fresh herbs & lemon zest. The jalapeno garlic honey cream cheese dip is mild enough for kids & not too sweet for adults. Our kids wanted the Nutella strawberry bagel, however when Nutella was spread on a piping hot bagel it gets pretty liquid & quickly all over kids. 🤣 I think bbagel's'rip-&-dip' style would be better suited to a deli-cup of Nutella for dipping & a small side of strawberries as chaser. I wish we'd skipped the most well known bagel shop down the street & ate here for another breakfast. We look forward to another delicious rip-&-dip! Posting a pick of the salmon bagel that everyone else posted… because it's THAT amazingly good.
The bagels were delicious especially the ones with stuffing inside! The smoked salmon bagel was ok. Expensive bagels. Friendly service. I would love to try out other flavors or have options for dietary restrictions.
Absolutely delicious, the bagels are the perfect consistency throughout - satisfyingly chewy on the inside & crunchy on the outside, & the dips have a lot of flavour.
This was a cute little area. Not a lot of seating. The front staff is very warm & helpful when ordering. I love the concept of bark spread alternatives that you dip. I have a dairy allergy & was glad they had dips for me. The bagels were the best around. & fluffy! I truly amazing. Last second I got a second dip & second bagel & I am so glad I did. They were my favorite. A sesame bagel with lemon butter spread was incredible. Highly recommend. My friend recommends the salmon bagel.
Excellent quality sandwiches. I had the best smoked salmon bagel sandwich of my life here. I also like the variety of creamcheeses, especially the one with lemon. Really friendly local place doing something differently than St-Viateur. Great customer service & the bagels are always fresh.

Visiting from NY for the weekend, best customer service we've received during the trip! The cashier said the salmon lox will be the best you've ever had. He was right, hands down best salmon lox I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!

As for the bagels, they are a must try! Got their salmon bagel & another with bananas, & the one with scrambled eggs - all of them were so good, soft, hefty & filling!
The bagel size was bigger than average, which was their specialty. The smoked salmon bagel was alright, I was expecting it to be a bit better for the price. Staff were nice
The onion cream cheese was quite tasty. I would recommend

I am sitting in my car writing this review. This was by far the BEST bagel I have EVER had. My sister & I are visiting Montréal & she just had to have a bagel so of course we were heading to viateur. The line was so ridiculously long, we were like no way & honestly based on the pictures the bagels looked very crunchy. I like a nice soft bagel. I did some searching & found BBagel. The bagel was soo soft & airy. it paired so well with the smoked salmon & fresh toppings to include a very delicious spread. The customer service was exceptional. 5/5 across the board! Please support this business. You will not be disappointed! 💕
Guy said if it wasn't the best smoked salmon bagel I ever had in my life it was free...... I paid for the bagel. It was in fact the best smoked salmon bagel I've had in my life.
Absolutely amazing bagel sandwiches. The thought that went into the flavor combinations & the presentation were just perfect. Lovely girl made our sandwiches & she took so much time to make sure that they were perfect. We tried 4 different sandwiches; tomato balsamic, egg salad, smoked salmon (divine) & the banana (mind blowing). Highly recommend this bakery.
