Honestly the best bagels ive ever had. They were clearly freshly made & the portion was very good for the price we paid. The service was also very quick & the shop is really nice to sit in. Very underrated place if you ask me!

The Bagel is absolutely superb! I have to admit, I was initially skeptical about wasting precious stomach space on a bagel when I could have a great one almost anywhere in the States. But I am so glad I gave this place a chance.

I had the smoked salmon bagel & it was honestly one of the best I have ever had. The bagel itself was beautifully crisp & crunchy on the outside, while the inside was light, fluffy, & perfectly chewy.

They were incredibly generous with the smoked salmon, & the combination of capers & green onion on top added the perfect balance of flavor. But the real surprise was the lemon zest. It brought such a bright, fresh kick that made every bite even better.

The cream cheese was also fantastic, with just the right amount of herbs & zest to balance everything without overpowering the salmon. Every ingredient worked beautifully together.

Just superb. Fresh, flavorful, generous, & perfectly balanced. Turns out, this was absolutely worth the stomach space.

I had the sesame bagel with a limited edition spread (honey rosemary). The spread was tasty & the bagel was fresh. Having had traditional MTL & NY bagels I would say bbagels is neither. Where they standout is their house made vegan spreads.

BBagel completely exceeded my expectations. The bagels are incredibly soft & fluffy, & they're even better warmed up. The toppings are generous, & the schmear dips are fantastic. The Honey Garlic Jalapeno schmear was easily the standout-packed with flavor & absolutely worth trying.

I originally stopped in just to give them a try, but I enjoyed everything so much that I went back the very next day to buy more. I noticed the long line at St-Viateur, but honestly, I'd choose BBagel every time. The quality, freshness, & flavor make it well worth the visit.

Not the most traditional, but certainly the highest quality bagel you'll find in Montreal. This is the bagel-snob's bagel. To get the best, ask for their recommendation & trust them. Bagels come out so fresh they will burn your fingers if you're not careful! The smoked salmon bagel is fantastic with house smoked salmon & topped with fresh herbs & lemon zest. The jalapeno garlic honey cream cheese dip is mild enough for kids & not too sweet for adults. Our kids wanted the Nutella strawberry bagel, however when Nutella was spread on a piping hot bagel it gets pretty liquid & quickly all over kids. 🤣 I think bbagel's'rip-&-dip' style would be better suited to a deli-cup of Nutella for dipping & a small side of strawberries as chaser. I wish we'd skipped the most well known bagel shop down the street & ate here for another breakfast. We look forward to another delicious rip-&-dip! Posting a pick of the salmon bagel that everyone else posted… because it's THAT amazingly good.
