Comme concept j'ai vu mieux, franchement nous expliquer qu'il faut prendre/déchirer un morceaux de bagel puis le tremper pour ensuite le manger....vous allez nous dire comment le mastiquer après ?
Je vous souhaites d'en vendre beaucoup pour vrai ! Mais ce concept!!!!!!! Y'a rien.

Don't WALK, RUN to your favorite new bagels in Montreal. Trust me, I'm a native New Yorker with exquisite taste buds & very picky with my bagels esp when I feel like nothing beats NYC :) My husband & I were in Montreal for the week trying all the original & viral & top lists & BBagels will for sure leave a mark as the last thing we ate in the city, but certainly the most remarkable! I stumbled on this place on the map because we were looking for best bagel & tried five spots BEFORE discovering BBagels but all of them were lacking flavor, too long of lines, Hyped, cold bagels, too much sesame & then comes to find out that the typical Montreal style bagel is thin & kinda like a fagel, & has honey in it!!! 😭 NOT BBagels though, no honey! I was kindly educated by this nice man who helped me & explained BBagels is new since March. Not sure if he was the owner but I didn't want him to give me anything for free for my review so I just listened to his story & about their bagels & how they don't use honey so everything is vegan friendly! There was even a lot of speciality spreads & cream cheeses that are vegan too. I picked up a scallion & lemon zest cream cheese for my husband & I had tried the vegan chimmichuri butter one! Sooooo good. I love that BBagels is lesser known so there was NO line I walked straight in & was greeted with a smile & gave me a rundown on how the bagel routine worked - you rip a piece off & dip into your spread & it reminded me of Pop Up Bagel style in NYC! I love how all three of the bagels we tried were piping hot & straight out of the oven. So much flavor & fluffy!!! We had the Za'atar, Salt, & Everything. They also had some open faced specials too but I was just on the hunt for a simple bagel so we could do a comparison! Since this place is new I think it still needs to be discovered so I'm sure they are going to go viral soon! It's also perfect with a Cafe Olympico Iced Latte so def hit up both places & enjoy in the lovely parks.

I am sitting in my car writing this review. This was by far the BEST bagel I have EVER had. My sister & I are visiting Montréal & she just had to have a bagel so of course we were heading to viateur. The line was so ridiculously long, we were like no way & honestly based on the pictures the bagels looked very crunchy. I like a nice soft bagel. I did some searching & found BBagel. The bagel was soo soft & airy. it paired so well with the smoked salmon & fresh toppings to include a very delicious spread. The customer service was exceptional. 5/5 across the board! Please support this business. You will not be disappointed! 💕

J'avais envie d'un bagel, normalement j'irais à l'endroit habituel, une plus grande entreprise à 3 rues de distance, mais j'ai vu ce petit endroit & j'ai voulu soutenir une petite entreprise, mais je suis parti immédiatement quand j'ai vu que les employés portaient des débardeurs avec leurs aisselles exposées, je comprends qu'il fait chaud & que ça a l'air cool mais pas sur ma nourriture svp, en fait je pense que que il ya une loi & c'est pénalisé mais bon ...., un bonnet de cheveux oui, mais les aisselles nues ? la sueur & les cheveux peuvent aller dans n'importe quelle direction, pas de bêtises... les cuisines doivent respecter certaines règles & c'est une règle de base dans une cuisine commercial je pens.

Absolutely amazing bagel sandwiches. The thought that went into the flavor combinations & the presentation were just perfect. Lovely girl made our sandwiches & she took so much time to make sure that they were perfect. We tried 4 different sandwiches; tomato balsamic, egg salad, smoked salmon (divine) & the banana (mind blowing). Highly recommend this bakery.
