Ouf… vraiment long avant d'avoir un cocktail. Serveur agréable, mais pas supporté par le reste du staff. Mon filet mignon était comme une semelle de botte alors que j'avais demandé médium (rosé)… le deuxième était trop saignant. C'est le deuxième Bâton rouge que je fréquente en un mois & c'est le dernier. Un fastfood coûteux! 23 janvier 2025, nous sommes retournés au Bâton rouge du Complexe & le filet mignon était presque parfait! Le service de Laurence était impeccable Cette jeune femme a un bon sens de l'humour, elle est rapide & a une bonne mémoire! Nous y retournerons.View more
Took a group of fifty which started at forty & had a great time with tasty food & top of the line service. Special shout out to the manager FRED! Superior professionalism, leading & teaching staff while taking care of the kids & "fire fighting"! Definitely recommend this restaurant for all, take the hockey family!View more

Stopped here for dinner. Hostess was good. Food & drinks were good. Lots of TVs. Unfortunately, our waiter, Jason, was subpar. He didn't listen to our order & got it incorrect. He never checked in on us after getting our food. Never asked if we wanted to order more drinks-which we did-& our water glasses were often empty. We wanted dessert but he never came back so we just asked for the check. Waited 20 minutes for our check & had to ask multiple times for a to go box. In fact, I had to walk up to him after & get it after asking for it twice. Great place but the poor service definitely detracted from our experience. We will not return & recommend only if you have a different server.View more
Let me start off by saying that the service was good, our waiter was kind & came by regularly to check on us. The food though was really underwhelming. It was edible, but that's about it. I got the ribs with chicken tenders, & I have to be honest, it was worse than store bought food. This is even more ridiculous when you consider the restaurant's price point. I have no comments on the atmosphere, the bathrooms were nice I guess. All in all would not recommend unless they make drastic improvements to the food quality & portions.View more
We went here for lunch & it was very cozy & had a lot of tvs with different sports. The servers were very nice & allowed us to stay near the window when it was snowing. We ordered three items, the chicken burger was a 3.5/5 - there wasn't really a wow factor or a must have it again. The grilled salmon was a 4/5 - it had a great flavor to it but it felt a bit slightly overcooked. The prime rib sandwich was a 4.5/5 - the meat itself is very bland so the sauce is really needed but it also didn't give enough wow or flavors as I wanted it to be, but definitely would order againView more

Le Baton Rouge a perdu de son lustre. J'ai trouvé tres moyen le repas que j'ai pris. De plus, le temps d'attente a été vraiment long afin d'être servis. Par contre, l'endroit est bien & à une bonne ambiance. Baton Rouge has lost its luster. I found the meal I had to be very average. Additionally, the wait time was really long to be served. On the other hand, the place is good & has a good atmosphere.View more
This is by far my favourite restaurant because of one very special dish, the black cod. If you have never tried it, please do! On New Year's Eve this restaurant topped my culinary choice once more but for a different reason. The manager & staff were especially helpful to my needs. When my husband & I arrived on that day, we realized that the menu had been changed due to the number of people at the restaurant on that particular date. This was understandable because we saw the staff rushing around to make everyone happy. Since the menu was more limited, I saw that my favourite dish, being the black cod wasn't showing up. Since this dish was the only reason I come, my husband said that we should leave but I talked with the manager & he was very understanding. Just like that, he made my dish available! Although this was a strain on the staff, they made me a sumptuous meal once more! I know that they would have not been able to do this for everyone but we had come from far & I am very appreciative for their efforts. So, come for the food & stay for the service !View more
Don't have the burger, probably stick with the ribs, which is what they are known for. I asked to swap out the swiss for Monterey Jack, burger arrived with no cheese at all. Patty was overcooked & dry af. Edges burned, barely any bbq sauce. If I wasn't famished, would have returned it. We were 5, 2 got plates. 7 min later, other plates arrived. Flank steak was good according to mom but garlic bread is way too basic for the price. Don't know if short staffed as it's pretty much the norm but no one came to refill the wine glasses. Come on BR, up your game! Had not been to Bâton Rouge in over 10yrs. Looks like another 10yrs will pass before I step foot in another BR. Very disappointing...View more

J'ai adoré le Margarita sans alcool! Je trouve leurs frites très ordinaires, elles manque de sel & de croustillant. Notre serveuse était très sympathique même si elle était débordée. Bon restaurant familial en général.View more
