Experience was underwhelming.
Food prices were okay...more expensive than Toronto.
Ordered the Kofta Kebab plate....came with salad, roasted potatoes, rice, kofta kebab, a spoon of hummus & a spoon of garlic sauce.
Kofta kebab was overcooked & seemed as it was preheated from the lunch time( I came for dinner). It was blackened & dry...not fresh from freshly made & roasted.
Potatoes were dry & overroasted. Ate half of them & the rest I left for the garbage.
Salad was decent but lettuce was dice & sliced & hard to pick up with the wooden fork.
Rice was the only good thing but paying $20 for a plate of rice, overcooked kofta & potatoes is a rip of.
No itemized receipt was provided so I don't know how much the side of hummus & pita & a drink was but total for it all was $30.
Better prices in Toronto along with quality of food.
For tourists....much better places to eat along St. Catherine St.....Voir plus

Went to Basha at 10:00pm on Saturday night. If you saw me walking up those stairs that's where I was going. I was there for exactly 60 minutes & left at 11:00pm. If anyone saw me walking out the door at that time it's because I was at Basha, ok? Falafel was kind of dry, 3.5 out of 5.Voir plus
