We had such a great night at Kabinet. We ordered the caviar tower, which was super fun & absolutely delicious. The manager, Dominick, recommended a champagne pairing that was perfect. You could tell he really knew his stuff, & he made us feel totally taken care of.

The vibe of the place is intimate & cute, but also lively enough that I could easily see myself coming back with friends.

The staff were all incredibly friendly & attentive. It really felt like they cared.

Definitely a spot we'll be revisiting upon our next visit to Montreal.

A Hidden Gem That Just Keeps Getting Better!
I recently went back to Kabinet in Montreal for the second time, now under new administration & new Executive Chef - & I have to say, I didn't think it was possible, but the experience was even better than my first visit!

The atmosphere remains as stylish & inviting as ever, but the new team has taken things to another level. The service was flawless, & the food… absolutely unforgettable.

Highly recommend the salad (fresh, vibrant, perfectly balanced), the smoked trout (a standout-delicate & flavorful), & the asparagus (elevated to perfection) Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared & beautifully presented.

If you haven't been since the change in management, it's time to go back. & if it's your first time, you're in for a treat

Une tentaculette de pieuvre trop cuite à 26$? C'est se payer deux fois la tête du client. Portion lilliputienne & si dure que le chef ne sait peut-être pas qu'il faut briser les fibres de la bête ! & comme nous étions deux à avoir commandé le même plat, nous avons été servis dans la meme assiette de service. Curieux! La patience du serveur nous a convaincus de découvrir les vins au verre que la maison propose. Des vins naturels tous aussi mauvais les uns que les autres. Je me suis rabattu sur l'eau pétillante ! Lors de votre prochain séjour à Nice chef, je vous recommande les vraies & savoureuses tentacules de poulpe des Bains du Castel. Cuitent à basse température pendant plus de 8 heures elles sont très tendres & grillées avant d'être servies leur assurant un savoureux petit croquant!

Quelle soirée, nous n'avions aucune attente & nous sommes ressorti bluffés! Le staff est formidable, iels se sont occupé de moi & ma famille avec grand soin. La maître d'hôtel parfaite & le barman très sympathique & accueillant. Les busboy & girl nous ont servis avec une grande attention & nous nous sommes sentis choyés. La carte des vins est très belle & les cocktails à tomber! Je recommande chaudement, n'hésitez pas!
