Très bonne boulangerie. Le pain baguette est excellent lorsqu'en chaud, il rempli mon appartement d'une belle odeur.
Les pâtisseries sont jolies à regarde & délicieuses à manger.

C'est ce genre de commerce qui permet d'embellir notre ville & donner de l'esprit.
Je suis une cliente épisodique de cette boulangerie depuis 7ans, pourquoi épisodique parce que 2 fois sur 3 je suis déçue & il se passe un laps de temps avant que j'y retourne. Le problème ne vient pas de leur produits, le pain est l'un des meilleurs en ville & leurs desserts sont délicieux. Je tiens à féliciter le boulanger & la pâtissière.
Non le problème vient du service à la clientèle, les employés ne nous regardent pas, ne nous saluent pas, il faut parfois attendre qu'ils aient terminé de faire le ménage ou leur conversation entre collègues pour être servi. Je suis même déjà repartie sans rien acheter après une attente trop longue. Je suis naît dans le commerce & j'ai toujours appris que le client était important mais pas chez eux.
& ce discours bons nombres de mes amis ou de mes voisins le tiennent aussi. C'est pour cette raison qu'aujourd'hui je je me décide à donner mon avis.

I stayed in Montréal for a month, & this is the bakery I visited most often. It's also recommended by a local. I highly recommend trying their baguette. The chewy texture is perfect, with an amazing wheat aroma & a delightful sour aftertaste.
I love their canelé too. The first time I bought it, it was super crispy on the outside & soft & moist inside, it was heavenly! However, it wasn't quite as crispy in subsequent purchases, but it's still very good. The madeleine is excellent as well. The éclair is tasty & not too sweet. Nice Croissant.
Also love their logo & atmosphere in the store.
Cafe américain, pain au chocolat & quiche poireaux champignons. Tout est bon. Service correct, les mets sont bon surtout la quiche. Ambiance cosi, calme & sympa.
Nice cafe/bakery. The raspberry muffin was delish I wish it was bigger! The croissant though was average. Matcha latte were only at 4.70$!! That's crazy I should have tried it out. I guess I'll have to come back!
Service souvent chaotic, personnel arrogant parfois. On a refusé de me servir en même temps que mon amie car nous avions des factures séparées. J'ai demandé pourquoi, la dame a répondu cest ainsi. Quelle attitude? L'employée a tenue a me dire de ne pas me comporter ainsi. Quelle rigidité, quelle audace & surtout, si tu n'aimes pas le service a la clientèle, change de job. Parler & écouter les gens aurait évité cette situation, mais je crois que la dame etait trop blasée pour avoir l'énergie de servir ses clients.
Tables souvent sales. & jamais de verre vide pour la fontaine d'eau.
