First time at B12 Burger. I ordered the B12 Burger, & while it was good, it definitely wasn't worth $15 for just the burger-no fries, drink, or tax included. For that price, I expected a more substantial portion, but I finished it easily on my own. The onion rings were soggy, & there weren't many toppings, especially considering this was supposed to be a step up from the classic burger. Overall, way too expensive for what you get.Voir plus

Having a reply from vendor, I will go back & try again. Please make sure everyone is aware on how to make a lettuce bun. Had a chicken swiss on lettuce bun. They do not understand what a lettuce bun is. Normally a lettuce bun is 3+ leaves of lettuce per side of the meat. I initially got 1 lettuce on the bottom of my burger no bun. Went back to add lettuce bun & only got 1 leaf of lettuce on top. The chicken was superthin & not like their advertising of the burger. The filling on screen was half the size in real life. On screen I counted 4 layers of chicken while I got 2 layers. Never got tomatoes & only saw 2-3 mushrooms. For a $16 burger, you would expect something along the lines of LB&LB burgers but I ended up with an A&W grilled chicken burger minus the lots of lettuce A&W gives you. I expected better here but was disappointed today. The fries & chips are a nice touch.Voir plus
