Nous sommes fiers d'être une entreprise familiale depuis notre ouverture en 1981. Ce qui était à l'origine un petit restaurant à NDG est maintenant devenu un deuxième emplacement dans le Mile-End. Au fil des années, nos restaurants sont devenus des incontournables pour les familles de ces quartiers.
Dans l'ensemble, les avis sur B & M Restaurant présentent un mélange d'éloges et de critiques; certains clients soulignent un service convivial, des prix raisonnables et des petits déjeuners ou brunch fiables, avec des plats qui plaisent comme le souvlaki et des classiques réconfortants, tandis que d'autres relatent des incohérences dans le service et les portions, des plats fades ou mal cuits, des frites molles et une expérience à emporter décevante qui a gâché un repas d'anniversaire.
Pire expérience, uber ever… Ils m'ont appelé pour que j'annule la commande puisqu'il n'y avait plus de déjeuner. Il m'ont assuré que je ne paierai pas de frais, je leur ai demandé d'annuler de leur côté ils m'ont dit non c'est pas possible . J'ai dû payer sans avoir de nourriture. En plus les employés m'ont raccroché au nez. Service -5 sur cinq aucun bon sens!! Saint Viateur eux sont aidant & compréhensifs, vraiment moins impoli.
This place gets a bad rap due to its overly demanding clientele. The food is good, prices are fair & service is excellent. The B&M special pizza is back to being the way it was when I was a kid - overloaded with toppings & delicious.
I had eaten here before & the food was decent. However, yesterday I ordered some take-out for my birthday, hoping to eat a nice meal & watch a movie. I opted for the lamb souvlaki brochettes, & they were inedible: tough gristle, overcooked, & flavorless. The rice was good, but the fries were soggy. Truly, a horrible meal. Never again.
I called in to place an order for pick & the guy that answered was completely disrespectful in every way possible. I can't believe the kind of customer service this restaurant is providing. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I've been ordering here for over 16 years & the food is always the same deliciousness. We fed a family of 6 & we're all stuffed & have leftovers for 117$. I think that's pretty good these days!! The souvlaki is also better & has more chicken in it than some of the actual souvlaki restaurants in the area!
Good cheap brunch that hits home! A classic, will continue to come back, simple 2 eggs, bacon done right, but i am a true fan of the potato mash they serve with breakfast
We were a group of 4. One got their meal, another got part of a meal, then more stuff came out over 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, this place is no longer worth going to. Bland food, cold, no concept of timing, & when the waitress forgot to order part of the meal, she kept blaming the cooks. Don't recommend it... really bad experience.

Very disappointing experience.
The customer service at B&M is extremely poor. The person behind the counter was rude, dismissive, & showed zero respect.
I did not feel welcome at all, & the attitude was completely unacceptable for a business that serves customers. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.
I will not be coming back, & I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy & professionalism.
The staff at this restaurant really need to work on their behavior first. The rude & disrespectful attitude of the person standing behind the counter is far from what anyone would expect. The food isn't anything special either.
My food was terrible. The poutine tasted sour, the souvlaki pita had a stick in it. I called them to complain & they told me that' there is absolutely nothing wrong'
So what can I do but never order again. I won't risk food poisoning.

Food quality is not as great as it use to be & prices increased.
