As a general rule of any restaurant, let alone one that is focused on breakfast...maybe don't serve burnt toast? Visually inspect it first? If burnt. Make new toast? Crazy idea I know!

I've been here a hundred times, & I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience this time. We went for breakfast, & I ordered a latte that tasted awful - burned & bitter. I rarely send food or drinks back, but I asked our waitress if she could swap it for a coffee, which unfortunately was also terrible & completely watered down.

What happened next was especially disappointing. A second waitress, a woman with a long blonde ponytail, brought the latte back to me & asked what was wrong with it in a tone that seemed almost like she was personally offended. I explained that it tasted burned, & she responded,'Well, we just made four others…' I couldn't believe the defensiveness. I said,'That may be true, but it doesn't change the taste of mine.' She then told me that she & our waitress had spoken to the owner & that they couldn't take the latte off the bill because it had already been made. That made absolutely no sense to me. If a customer sends something back because it was poorly prepared, why would the fact that it was already made prevent it from being removed from the bill?

Unfortunately, it didn't end there. My scrambled eggs were completely undercooked & were also missing the cheese they were supposed to have. By this point, I was so uncomfortable with the interaction that my husband had to tell the waitress about the eggs. She looked at the plate & said,'That's the cheese - it makes it soft.' Anyone can tell the difference between cheesy eggs & eggs that simply aren't cooked properly. I've since read other reviews mentioning rude or dismissive waitstaff, & after this experience, I can understand why people feel that way. What was most disappointing to me was the complete lack of ownership or basic customer service.

A message to the owner: Kindness & respect matter. Customers should not have to defend themselves when they receive food or drinks that aren't properly prepared. Own the mistake, apologize, & fix it.

I've given this place many chances over the years, but unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion. Suffice it to say, I won't be back, & I would not recommend it to others.

Waited 1h&40m to be delivered $50 of completely cold food by their in house delivery service. Never again.

I had a very good chef salad with grilled chicken with Greek seasoning. I was very good! Enough to take some home for another meal. I also enjoyed sitting outside in the terrace.

Spectacular & amaizing , simply the Best, had very high hopes & the pizza didnt disapoint.

I ordered a large all dressed pizza on Saturday, its the 3rd time I have ordered on Saturday & I find the pizza is not the same tasting as when you order during the week days. My pizza was extra salty for some reason, could not finish eating the pizza.
