While we were at the market we decided to go to this Deli. I have to say everything was delicious. The tuna sandwich had hints of lemon & pickles all mixed wonderfully, the grilled chesse's buttery bread was just the level of crisp & savoury. Finally the poutine's sauce was sublime with a hint of vinegar that's lemony & smoky at the same time like nothing i've had before. Overall amazing & friendly staff makes it bette

I ate THE BEST Ruben sandwich Montreal has probably seen in decades. When smoke meat meets proper bbq culture with a splash of real deli aesthetics. This place was a goldmine as a booth at the market but as a brick & mortar it's a gift from the brisket gods 🙏

Ricotta pancakes with strawberries - best pancakes I tried in North America! This place is famous for bbq meats, brisket especially, but everything else they offer is equally delicious! Really happy they opened permanent shop at Atwater market.

Unexpected amazing lunch in the Atwater Market! We did not know about this place & just walked in for a Sandwich. & we left there blown away by their brisket sandwich & smoked meat. A hidden treasure in the area !

Reuben Sandwich, the team at @aylwin_bbq have but together there a new spot that is going to more permanent in the Atwater Market year round called @aylwin_deli & so far I have to say it's great!

Had to get a hold of the Reuben Sandwich. I'm a sucker for a good sandwich & a Reuben is just what the good doctor ordered! Tender & smoked meat, falling apart, perfectly toasted & grain bread with all the fixing! We also got the poutine & there tator tots, really really good! 10/10 love the new spot guys congrats!

20 dollars smoke meat sandwich 🥪 & i dont regret it 🤤🤤
Its been years i was hoping the Alwin would open a place instead of just showing up between may & october in the atwater market!
Finally a dream but i hope they will bring the brisket sandwich to their new menu !

The BEST breakfast sandwich in town! The hot dog is delicious! The smoked meat it so so good! The most balanced lemonade!! The bbqs are insanely good!
Can't say enough good things!

10/10 my sister & I love coming to the market & excited they added this place. We seen Aylwin's on instagram & we knew we had to try & they did not disappoint. Service 10/10, atmosphere 10/10 super clean & inviting. We order the Reuben combo which came with fries, slaw & a pickle. We also got their homemade fruit punch which was sooooo delicious & a kombucha drink. We already went back today & ordered take out (breakfast sandwich & a hot dog)

Granted this review is based on Alwyn's lox bagel, the other menu items promise to be just as delicious!! The shop is beautiful, staff very friendly. Freshest orange juice. Great addition to the market.

Eating at the Atwater market is always less than ideal but that's not what I go out for. Aylwin deli's main attraction is good; reuben sandwich for the win. The smoked meat poutine was just ok which is a shame because the fries & the meat are excellent. It's the sauce that's lacking. The hot dog was also underwhelming.

The best smoked meat poutine I've ever had. Simple, friendly place hidden in the Atwater market. The chefs take their smoked brisket seriously, & convert drippings into exquisite gravy. Underrated gem.
