Very busy place at Atwater market. Got some indoor seating . Noisy & not lots of room but the food was great, I had seen a tiktok about it & I decided to my my way to try it out from Mascouche. A family of 3 shared a very very good really deli French fry. None of that frozen fry crap. Those were some greasy deli fries. The smoke meat was loved by my son who said it was second best to Schwartz. & I had the ruban. Was very moist & savory , Great taste. I would eat there again if ever I am in that part of town to have another ruban. Pickle was good too. Highly recommend & prices were not that bad compared to other smoke meat places. About 16$ each.

The sausage & ribs were really good. The pickled accompaniments & potato salad was really good as well.

The mac & cheese was ok... A bit too cheesy for my liking.

Hands down one of the best smoked meat sandwiches I've ever had. The smoked meat seems to be made in-house, piled incredibly high, perfectly seasoned, unbelievably tender, & melts in your mouth. Paired with their house-baked rye & house-made mustard, every bite was absolute perfection. The balance of the smoky, juicy meat with the fresh rye & tangy mustard is simply outstanding.

If you're anywhere near Atwater Market, do yourself a favor & order this sandwich. It's not just a smoked meat sandwich-it's one of those meals you'll be thinking about long after you've finished it.

10/10. Absolutely mouth-watering.

Yum yum perfection! Montreal on a plate. The best Montreal smoked meat sandwich in the city for sure. Come & get one & the fries rock too. Right on cycle path at the Atwater Market.

I was so happy to see Alwyn's at Atwater Market. Having heard so much about it over the years, I knew I had to stop by.

I ordered the Alwynator burger, which was featured on their sandwich board, & it absolutely did not disappoint. At around $14, I'd say it's a solid value for the quality & portion. The burger was juicy, flavorful, & satisfying-the kind of comfort food that instantly puts a smile on your face specially when I was so hungry 😋

As I'm writing this review, though, I'm watching people mostly ordered & raved about the beef brisket sandwich… & now I'm seriously regretting my decision. 🥲 I should have known earlier & ordered both. The brisket looked incredible, & now I'm somehow hungry all over again.

Looks like I'll just have to come back-& honestly, that's not a bad problem to have. If you're at Atwater Market, Alwyn's is definitely worth checking out. Just learn from my mistake: order the brisket too. Sob sob.

Insanely good breakfast sandwiches devoured in the middle of the beautiful Atwater Market. Enjoyed pulled pork last year at their market take out stand too. Quality food created by awesome people. Thank you! Wishing you much success.

My go too when at atwater market. Loved the original outdoor stand & now that they have the deli im able to enjoy aylwins all year long. The brisket sandwhich is phenomenal, a must try. Don't be intimidated by the line its well worth the wait. The crew gets out the orders quick. Highly recommend my favorite brisket in the city!

While we were at the market we decided to go to this Deli. I have to say everything was delicious. The tuna sandwich had hints of lemon & pickles all mixed wonderfully, the grilled chesse's buttery bread was just the level of crisp & savoury. Finally the poutine's sauce was sublime with a hint of vinegar that's lemony & smoky at the same time like nothing i've had before. Overall amazing & friendly staff makes it bette

I ate THE BEST Ruben sandwich Montreal has probably seen in decades. When smoke meat meets proper bbq culture with a splash of real deli aesthetics. This place was a goldmine as a booth at the market but as a brick & mortar it's a gift from the brisket gods 🙏

Ricotta pancakes with strawberries - best pancakes I tried in North America! This place is famous for bbq meats, brisket especially, but everything else they offer is equally delicious! Really happy they opened permanent shop at Atwater market.
