Excellents plats!! Service professionnel & convivial!

Le jour où nous sommes allés, le service a été lent.
Les calmars de la caldeirada étaient trop cuits.
Nous avons été étonnés qu'il n'y aie pas plus de morue salée au menu (seulement dans les acras).
Mais à part ça, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir.

En général, l'ambiance & le concept pour lequel nous (4 adultes) y sommes allés était bien. Je mets quatre étoiles & non cinq pour l'ambiance car nous étions assis relativement proches des autres tables où nous pouvions faire part de leur conversation. Plus la soirée avançait, plus la musique devenait forte où nous devions parler un peu plus fort pour pouvoir s'entendre mutuellement. Pour les groupes supérieurs à deux personnes, je recommande fortement que vous réservez suffisamment à l'avance pour vous assurer d'avoir une date & heure qui vous conviennent le plus. Les serveuses connaissent leur vins, ce qui est très agréable & permet d'en découvrir plusieurs, tout au long du repas.

We were very much looking forward to having dinner at Au Comptoir MarCel, but left disappointed. The tables are incredibly tight & close to each other. We were against a wall in the'outdoor' area & the table next to us was inches away. We were served a very good amuse-bouche & then waited a good half hour or more for our appetizer, a shared calamari dish, which was quite tasty. I ordered the Caldeirado di Marisco, a shellfish/fish dish in a'bouillon' . It was heavily mussels, a few pieces of fish, 2 clams & some calamari rings. It was just OK, not hot enough & a bit bland. My husband ordered the steak bavette, which was too well-done & tough. The accompanying vegetables were very good. No fewer than 3 servers asked if we wanted dessert. The organization of the staff seems rather disordered. The bill was brought & left on our table with no one telling us that we needed to pay as we left the restaurant. We had high expectations & were very disappointed. Nothing we ate was bad, but nothing really stood out.

Très bon repas; surprise du chef en pré entrée excellent cube de pomme de terre frit!! Pâtes crevettes & steak aussi. Verrière correcte. Je recommande mais cher.

Vraiment un restaurant excellent sur toute la ligne! Tous les plats sur le menu sont excellents, les serveuses sont professionelles & la sommelière nous suggère de très bons vins. Merci pour l'excellente soirée!
