Très bon. Les pancakes sont excellents.
Service rapide.
Ambiance bruyante.View more
I had been wanting to try Arthur for a while & it did not disappoint. The pancakes are amazing. Big, thick & generously covered in maple syrup. The buttered challah with honey was also delicious. The restaurant is quite small & packed. Food was 10/10, I'm giving 4/5 for a few reasons: No reservation, long wait on the weekend, different menus during the week vs weekend & the price of the latkes… 10$ for 2 is too much.View more
Best breakfast in MTL no doubt. Their smoke salmon bagel has to be my favourite of the city. Their cottage cheese pancakes are such a nice surprise. I love everything about this place but it is a little crampedView more
View more
This is my #1 choice for breakfast. Try the pancakes. You won't be sorry.View more
Arthur's is the best brunch in Montreal without a doubt. They consistently pull off a amazing dishes. You have to get the Syrniki pancakes & their turkey club is one of the best I have ever had. It is a place where you can't order incorrectly & any wait they tell you is often well worth it. It's cozy, quick, & affordable for what you get. Any hype you have heard is 1000% backed by quality & flavour.
I have been countless times & loved it every time.View more
A good old fashioned Jewish deli with the traditional offerings as well as some Arthur's-only creations. I had the Syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) & the gravlax while my partner had the matzah ball soup. All were delicious. If you want a good cup of coffee go across the street.View more
Fabulous nosh indeed. I'm not typically a'pancake' person, but the'cottage cheese pancakes' were out of this world. Light & very fluffy! Arrive after 11:00 am if you're wanting to choose from the sandwich menu & craving their matzah ball soup.View more
I loved the food! The banana pancakes & fried chicken were amazing! I also loved their spicy sauce. Just spicy enough for me :) service was good & friendly. I would come back for another occasion!View more
The pancakes are classic & amazing. Very rich & generous with the syrup.View more
I am truly obsessed with Arthurs & I have two crew necks & one hat to show for it. The people, the place, the food…nothing else compares. I am always met with huge smiles & such a warm & friendly atmosphere. It feels like home going there. The food only gets better & better.
I have been an OG, visiting since its inception in 2016. I have not been anywhere in the world that makes better pancakes than here. They are fluffy & delicious with the perfect amount of saltiness. The French Toast is definitely the most underrated item on the weekend menu. The ever changing toast combos are ones to look out for & totally worth it.
Trust me when I say this is a spot you MUST visit. Once you do, you won't be able to stay away. Good luck trying to!! The weekend wait is worth every minute. Generous portions & real maple syrup. If you haven't been, go there ASAP & thank me later. I am their biggest cheerleader & #1 fan. I love you guys!! 🤍🥞🥰🍁View more
We came here on a Sunday morning. We had to wait an hour for a table, but the hostess let us know. The best thing we had was the pancakes. If you are torn between pancakes & anything else, go with the pancakes. Delicious & filling. The deluxe hot chocolate is of the best we have ever tried. Definitely worth ordering. The service was excellent considering how busy it was. The McArthur chicken sandwich is ok. It hits the spot but you aren't going here for this. The fries with vinegar are mostly potato trimmings, not so much actually French fries. You know when you have fries & there little pieces at the end- it is a bowl of that. The latkes were ok. Again, you are not coming for this. The coffee was not good. Unfortunately my glass had that egg smell/taste that often happens at breakfast places. Even the replacement glass was the same. Because of the size of the place & the constant opening of the door, it was freezing & we had to keep our coats on to eat. Definitely worth coming & waiting an hour for the pancakes & hot chocolate.View more
I love their cottage cheese pancake the most. The rest is okay. The pancake is truly outstanding!!View more
Delicious breakfast, savoury pancakes & good coffee.View more
The cafe vibe is great. The decoration is beautiful. We ordered The hot chocolate, tense & tastes good. For the food. We ordered the cottage cheese pancake. First bite, heavenly delicious. Little crispy outside, soft inside. Love it. The mc arthur sandwich (fried chicken sandwich) is ok, personally not that special, a lil bit dry. After the main…Take awhile to get the fries, we asked already. The texture is really, but as it with the vinegar so personally the sour taste too strong.View more
Best brunch in montreal! The pancakes, sprinkle cookies & latkes are a must!View more
Went there with my best friend, he got two plates & I got nothing but from what he allowed me to try it was really good, pancakes wildly fluffy, the bite I had of his sandwich was also very good, I even asked for another bite! He said no. It was packed which is a given for a lunch rush but decor is similar to many other places. Not a bad thing it's still very nice. Will go again hopefully my friend will allow me to try more next timeView more
Very good brunch. The Jack Johnson pancakes are top notch. The "scramble" is just okay - I wouldn't order again. However the food quality is very high & I would definitely return & try other items. Btw they told us it'd be a 30 min wait but it was only 10. They take your number & text you & give you 10 mins to appear. There are 2 cafes across the street where you can grab a coffee & wait.View more
I discovered the best chicken sandwich (McArthur) here! If you have a sweet tooth, their pancakes are a must-try, & they even offer kid-sized portions. Eggplant lovers shouldn't miss their Shakshuka. Highly recommend this spot for brunch. The only downside is the wait time, so be prepared.View more
I've been here for so many times. Everything is tasty here. But they have the best pancake you've ever had-& likely ever will have.View more
I recently went here on my trip to Montreal & it is a must visit place! I had the banana pancakes & their breakfast plate, all of which was outstanding! I also had their Caesar, which had horseradish in it I believe & it was an inspiration to any future Caesar I will make. The atmosphere is cozy & the service is friendly & prompt. Overall, it was great, thank you for having us!View more
Great atmosphere, staff were all so cheerful & kind , & the pancakes brought back such wonderful memories (big yum) ! Will be back !View more
Je me suis régalé à chaque foutu bouchée ! Cela dit, ça vaut gravement la peine !View more
An absolute gem of a place to enjoy your brunch!! The food is delicious, I tried the Latke Smorgasbord & the famous Syrniki. The smorgasbord was a perfect blend of Jewish cuisine with eggs, salmon & the challah bread! Loved the famous syrniki pancake for its fluffy & flavourful texture. I'll be revisiting for sure!View more
We just had the best breakfast in Montréal, & it definitely lives up to the hype! The atmosphere is vibrant, & the servers are always attentive, ensuring that service remains top-notch without compromising on the quality of the food. We tried the Syrniki cottage cheese pancakes & the Moroccan toast, both of which were hearty & absolutely worth every penny. The coffee was excellent too. Reminded us of one of those vintage cafes that you see on Pinterest. Anyone who visits this place is sure to leave as a fan. Sending lots of love from Ottawa!View more
OMG ! Trop bon ! 🥞😍😋View more
When I was planning my Montreal trip, Arthur's had to be on the itinerary, no question. Fortunately, we were among the first guests to line up & were seated promptly. The vibe was nice & the staff were quite friendly. Now, the food. Damn it, everything was delicious. My girlfriend devoured those pancakes, the syrniki. They tasted divine. I had the latke smorgasbord & it had the perfect ratio of latke, smoked salmon, challah, eggs, & salad. 10/10 dish. We also ordered the beef bacon & the grilled salami, DELICIOUS! They were also very kind, they accidentally gave us two pickles when we asked for 1 & didn't charge us for the additional one. Very thoughtful. Food did take a bit of time to come out, but it's understandable since it was a full house. I urge everyone reading this to go to Arthur's, nothing else compares.View more
