Je suis un client régulier, mais je dois dire que mon expérience récente est assez frustrante. Ça fait au moins quatre fois que je me déplace spécialement le matin dans le week-end pour acheter des croissants à la pistache, qui était pourtant une de vos viennoiseries signature… & à chaque fois, il n'y en a pas.

Le plus irritant, c'est surtout l'organisation : on doit faire la file pendant 10 minutes, & quand on essaie simplement de poser une question rapide pour éviter d'attendre inutilement (juste savoir s'il en reste), on nous demande d'attendre notre tour… pour finalement apprendre qu'il n'y en a pas.

C'est vraiment dommage, parce que vos produits sont bons, mais ce manque d'information & de flexibilité fait perdre du temps aux clients & enlève beaucoup à l'expérience.

Peut-être afficher les ruptures ou permettre de répondre rapidement à ce genre de question améliorerait grandement la situation.

Le café est excellent!
J'ai acheté de croissants & de chocolatines pour le brunch de Noël, ma famille a adoré, les gens ont trouvé que les viennoiseries étaient les meilleures de Montréal!
Les chocolatines sont généreuses en chocolat!
