Review Summary

Arhoma is described as a bakery with standout pastries, breads, and vegan options, and a warm cozy vibe with on site prep that many customers appreciate and would return for. Yet reviews vary on service speed and organization, with recurring lines, mixed interactions with staff, and inconsistent information about what is in stock such as pistachio croissants. Some experiences praise friendly and professional service, while others describe cold or dismissive treatment and slower mornings. A tipping issue on the payment terminal is noted by some, and a recall notice mentioned by a reviewer adds a darker note. Overall the high quality of the baked goods and the welcoming atmosphere keep drawing regulars back, despite the mix of strengths and flaws.

What a great bakery & they have great coffee! There are vegan options but I didn't try them. Everything we got was delicious & the service was amazing!!!!! SO nice & very cute inside! The one disappointment was I wanted to buy one of their shirts but they didn't have any available. That's literally my only complaint. This place was fantastic!

Best coffee, teas in town but unfortunately they no longer offer any gluten free options. So for gluten intolerant & celiac folk best to find another place.

Little bakery on the corner of Papineau & Ontario. Honestly, they make some of the best bread I have eaten & the staff is so welcoming. It's a local business & it's quite affordable. I buy my zabcafe coffee beans there regularly for my espresso machine. The coffee I purchase has the roasted date on it which guarantees freshness. They also serve coffee to your liking which I'm told is delicious. They have a bistro-style menu with different items daily. I suggest you try their sandwiches & soups. They have a selection of local products like cheese, wine, & jamsspreads. There is also a decent selection of small cakes & many desserts all made in their bakery. Not to mention, their homemade chocolates are amazing as well. If you have the opportunity, I highly suggest visiting La Fabrique Arhoma.

The pastries are divine. You have to come early because the best ones sell out quickly. The pistachio chocolate croissant is excellent (& huge!). The coffee is good too.

the paninis become smaller & smaller with time passing, especially sesame or dried tomato paninis. They used to be fluffy & good size, allowing to make a generous sandwich. Now the quality varies. Most of the time they were so small that I finally gave up using them for sandwiches. Disappointing. The service is also almost always confusing. If you want to just get a bread & wait in the bread area, it can take time, as people who come after you for coffee or croissants get served before you. It doesn't make sense.
