A fantastic bakery. Top quality baking. You might need patience, there is often a lineup. They sell coffee, but there only 6-8 seats along the window. Bread are tasty, pastries very refined. It is a place to explore, for sure.

Les produits de cette boulangerie sont de bonne qualité. Malheureusement, le service à la clientèle laisse souvent à désirer.

À chacune de mes visites, les employés semblent peu accueillants : à peine un bonjour, rarement un sourire & une attitude qui donne l'impression de déranger. Au moment du paiement, le montant est simplement saisi sur le terminal & l'employé s'éloigne, me laissant terminer la transaction seule & récupérer mes achats sans aucune interaction, remerciement ou formule de politesse.

Par ailleurs, il est fréquent que dès 9 h ou 9 h 30 (& parfois même plus tôt), la majorité des viennoiseries soient déjà épuisées. Cela donne l'impression qu'il y a un problème de gestion des stocks ou de réapprovisionnement de la vitrine. C'est frustrant pour les clients qui se déplacent en matinée en s'attendant à trouver les produits les plus populaires.

C'est dommage, car les produits sont bons, mais l'expérience client gagnerait énormément à être plus chaleureuse & à mieux répondre à la demande.
