Such an incredible selection of pastries, breads, & cheese. They also had vegan pates & meats which I have never seen before. We got a citron tart, pain au chocolate & a baguette & everything was delicious!

Un bon café, plusieurs bonnes pâtisseries & bons sandwichs, il n'y a pas de lait de macadamia, mais il existe une autre option végétalienne. J'aurais aimé trouver plus de petits gâteaux au café, & des options salées.

Beaucoup de clients toujours, seulement il ne faut pas se presser, le café arrivera dans 10-15 minutes pendant que vous saliverez devant votre pâtisserie...

Lorsque nous avons demandé des combos, les combos n'étaient pas facturés comme des combo, mais chaque article séparément, bien sûr plus cher. Stratégie, manque d'attention ou de considération ?

Même s'il y a plusieurs personnes qui servent, il faut toujours attendre. Derrière, dans la cuisine, ils courent vite, devant ils s'emmêlent.

Le regard exigeant d'une femme âgée accompagne les clients comme si c'était de leur faute s'ils avaient attendu si longtemps.

Quand on achète une baguette dans une boulangerie on a le droit de s’attendre à ce qu’elle soit fraîche du jour. Celle qu’on m’a refilé aujourd’hui est clairement “passée date”. Je peux aller à l’épicerie pour acheter du pain rance, au moins il sera à un prix raisonnable.

the paninis become smaller & smaller with time passing, especially sesame or dried tomato paninis. They used to be fluffy & good size, allowing to make a generous sandwich. Now the quality varies. Most of the time they were so small that I finally gave up using them for sandwiches. Disappointing. The service is also almost always confusing. If you want to just get a bread & wait in the bread area, it can take time, as people who come after you for coffee or croissants get served before you. It doesn't make sense.
