Had a great dinner pre flight. Got there early & Jose took care of me. He brought out the food at the right place for the time I had, made my meal experience enjoyable & not rushed. The food was delicious, highly recommend the burrata. Safe travels!
The food was quite good by airport restaurant standards, but what amazed me was the chemistry of the staff. Everybody was smiling & laughing while they worked, the manager was active & engaging with everyone. Great service & atmosphere!
Witnessed a balding man in glasses with severe'short man energy' actively insulting employees to other employees right up at the entryway, followed by what looked like insulting another employee - perhaps former employee? - who looked close to tears. Obviously some sort of manager type, but if that's who you've got making a scene at the entryway, I can't imagine what happens behind the scenes.
& yes, this is through an anonymous account, as I get the feeling Mr Short Temper wouldn't hesitate to retaliate to criticism in an excessive way.
I would not eat at any restaurant in YUL. There is a major mouse infestation throughout the airport.
I emailed YUL about the issue Two weeks ago showing video I took of mice running rampant everywhere & got no response. I feel bad for the staff working in restaurants it is not their fault. The airport must do better.
5am breakfast at Archibald at YUL & it set the tone for the whole trip. Annie was fantastic - fast, friendly, & kept the hot coffee coming without me asking. Exactly what you want before an early flight.
Billy brought the humour, Keisha non stop mixologist- the food was on point, & the whole place had great energy. Honestly didn't want to leave. Five stars.
Our waiter, Gabriel, was absolutely wonderful. He is kind, funny, & truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or enjoying a longer meal, he ensures you are served with both professionalism & genuine warmth. He really made our experience special!
Airport dining is never amazing, but this was particularly bad. A basic burger that arrived cold in the middle & tasted like it was reheated poorly. It's obvious they don't prioritize quality because there's always a line of travelers with no alternatives. Honestly felt taken advantage of. Other passengers: lower your expectations or eat before security.'

L'expérience culinaire était excellente & les serveurs étaient très advenant & efficaces, d'un point de vue personnel j'ai trouvé l'ambiance très agréable en particulier la liste de lecture de musique. En bref, je le recommande pour ceux qui n'ont pas forcément d'idée où dîner à l'aéroport.
Service is nice, but the prices are crazy, especially for the quality of the ingredients & the portions you get. The star is just for the service. As for the ambiance... It's an airport, so not bad not great, pretty good for an airport restaurant actually.

Our go to spot for breakfast when travelling in the morning. Even if there is a line up it won't take long to be seated. This place seems always busy but the service is quick & efficient. Breakfast choices are quite standard & the food is nothing special but it is better than other places in YUL. Much better to eat here than the choices onboard. Prices are very high as all other places in the airport, nothing like a captive audience. Coffee is OK as well so it gets the job done.
