Très déçu de notre expérience. Nous étions deux adultes & un enfant, & la facture s'est élevée à près de 80 $.

Le repas enfant à 13 $ était très décevant : une poutine beaucoup trop salée & une pizza qui semblait être une pizza congelée, sans saveur.

Pour les adultes, nous avons commandé une entrée à 17 $ composée de deux petites tortillas de maïs aux crevettes, puis un plat principal à 24 $ avec… deux petites tortillas au thon cru. La seule différence entre l'entrée & le plat principal est qu'on vous ajoute un petit bol de frites. À ce prix-là, c'est franchement exagéré & très loin de ce qu'on s'attend à recevoir.

La bière à 14 $ vient encore alourdir une facture qui ne reflète pas du tout la qualité ni les portions servies.

Le rapport qualité-prix est, selon moi, très mauvais. Malheureusement, je n'y retournerai pas.

Toujours de bons moments passés à l'Archibald 👌🏻

Les repas sont vraiment bons, & quelle surprise d'apprendre qu'ils ont maintenant leurs bières sans alcool ! Vraiment contente !

Le service est excellent ; notre serveuse était souriante, rapide & efficace.

La prise en charge à notre arrivée a été rapide, ce qui est un bon point. Malheureusement, la suite de l'expérience a été très décevante. Le service a été extrêmement lent & le suivi presque inexistant. Le serveur n'est jamais revenu nous demander si tout allait bien, ni même pour remplir nos verres d'eau. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être oubliés une bonne partie du repas.

C'est dommage, car on s'attend à un service beaucoup plus attentionné dans un restaurant comme Archibald. J'espère que cet aspect sera amélioré, car il a malheureusement gâché notre expérience.
