Came here for brunch. I had the pistachio latte which I loved. It looks beautiful & tastes just as good. I also had the mushroom Eggs Bénédictine. It was good but I think I prefer the salmon one. This one was just too mushroomy.
Antipode est un restaurant au charme rustique, avec une déco qui donne vraiment un sentiment de liberté. Leur sélection de cafés'sucrés' est originale, visuellement très belle & clairement faite pour plaire autant au goût qu'à Instagram. La nourriture est également très bonne, avec une approche unique qui se démarque. C'est définitivement une adresse à découvrir & à essayer au moins une fois.
Very tasty brunch! Lots of unique menu items, with all of them looking gorgeous. It's rare to see such the flavor matching pretty plates, & the same goes for their drinks.

The food at Antipode was excellent, full of flavor & very well-prepared. I was happy they offer halal options, which made dining stress-free. Our server was amazing, super friendly, & attentive without being overbearing.

100% worth it! To be honest, I came sceptical thinking that it could be another Instagram trap & I am glad I was wrong! We waited a bit in line, but the service was pretty good & drink & food came pretty fast. Talking about food, the portion size was big (I could eat just half of it) & it was deliciouuusss!!! Just try it!!
I found this restaurant through Instagram since it's very hyped. & I get it-the plates are super Instagrammable. But when it comes to trying the food in real life, it was good, just nothing phenomenal. Personally, I prefer L'Avenue by far.
The drinks were okay, nothing special, & I probably wouldn't go back.
We went during the summer, & because of their open-terrace concept, it was extremely hot inside. They had two fans running, but it still wasn't enough to cool the space for everyone.

Food was delicious, with interesting middle eastern hint of flavours. I love that there were so many options for breakfast/brunch. The beverages look majestic.
In my opinion, the prices were a little overpriced for the quality, but the food was quite flavourful.
The only negative point, is the waiting list outside the restaurant. The queues can get really long. My friends & I waited 20 mins.
Excellent cozy warm atmosphere, typical Quebecois which I love! Luscious food, super friendly & accommodating staff. You just feel you were friends with them & having a dinner in a friend's place but an elevated environment!! We need more places like Antipode!
J'ai bien aimé mon expérience.
La seule chose qui rendrait mon expérience parfaite serait d'ajouter un simple piston de fermeture automatique sur vos deux portes d'entrée, puisque très clairement, les gens ne sont pas en mesure de les refermer derrière eux! Avec le froid des prochain mois, votre clientèle à l'entrée vous remerciera! ;)
