Review Summary

Amelias is widely regarded as a cozy and welcoming spot that offers a nostalgic atmosphere for those familiar with its original location. While many diners praise the phenomenal, cheesy pizzas and high quality dishes like lasagna and French onion soup, opinions on the food remain somewhat mixed, with some noting concerns regarding crust texture and ingredient ratios. The staff is frequently described as friendly and accommodating, contributing to the restaurant's charm, though the service pace and cash only payment policy are common points of feedback. Overall, it is often viewed as a local gem where the bring your own wine policy and warm environment make it a popular choice for families and regular patrons alike.

What happened to the heavenly vegetarian pizza they served when the restaurant (on Milton & Sainte-Famille) was called'Amelio's'? The pizza we had last night was ok, but NOT the treasure it used to be. Darn. ☹?

I haven't had pizza from here in years. We ordered on a whim, got our pizzas, there's barely anything on them, crust is 95% of the pizza, literally can't see the sauce if they put any at all on these. Garbage. How the mighty have fallen.

It's alright & on the expensive side for what you get & the thing that you have to pay cash it's kinda annoying! Also only one lady is working as a server, so takes a while till you get when you ask for sth

We used to be regulars at the previous milton location. Today we finally went to the new st. Laurent location. It was as good as ever. We loved the Florentine pizza, the vegetarian & the Hawaiian. Oh & you can bring your own wine! Highly recommend you try it. You will go back.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Amelia's. Unfortunately, it was much better at the old location.
The food took a very long time to arrive at the table, & when it finally did, it was underwhelming. The dishes didn't taste fresh & were lacking flavor overall. Sadly, it also gave me a stomach ache afterward.
I truly hope this was just an off day, but based on this experience, it didn't live up to what Amelia's used to be.
