Nous étions 4 personnes. Le restaurant était bondé & il y avait des clients qui attendaient à la porte. Malgré tout le travail qu'il y avait le personnel ont fait un travail extraordinaire. Notre serveuse, Gabrielle a eu un super sourire une gentillesse superbe
Finalement je suis heureuse de pouvoir vous dire félicitation à toute l'équipe. Nous y retournerons c'est certain
Disappointing Experience at Allo Mon Coco!
?I visited this location during spring break with a friend & our children. We expected it to be busy, & it was , but the service was unfortunately disorganized. After being seated, we waited a significant amount of time without being offered water or coffee. Eventually, we had to flag down a different server, who was surprised we hadn't been helped yet. She was very apologetic & brought us coffee while locating our assigned waitress. When our waitress did arrive, she was friendly but clearly overwhelmed by the volume of customers.
?We ordered immediately, but the food took an eternity to arrive. Despite bringing crayons & paper with us, the kids ran out of things to color & were becoming very restless from hunger. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. We chose not to send it back only because the children were starving & we couldn't risk waiting any longer.
?I have visited many Allo Mon Coco locations, including the Place Vertu & Marché Central branches five times just last month & this was by far the worst experience I've had. The food quality & presentation were poor, & the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. Cutlery from previous guests was left on the floor, & all three stalls in the women's restroom were clogged.
?Given the high standards I usually associate with this chain, I was shocked by the state of this location. It was a very disappointing visit, & we certainly won't be returning.

Je suis un client lève-tôt de ce restaurant & le service est toujours impeccable. Les serveuses sont très accueillantes, toujours souriantes, surtout Gaby, qui offre un excellent service. Les repas sont délicieux & généreux. Merci à Allô! Mon Coco, merci beaucoup GABY & à toute l'équipe pour cette belle expérience.

Expérience catastrophique.
Nous sommes venus célébrer l'anniversaire de ma fille & dès le début, le service a été un désastre total. J'ai prévenu la serveuse dès notre arrivée que c etait l anniversaire de ma fille. Au moment où nous quittions le restaurant, manteaux déjà enfilés, elle a sorti le gâteau & la serveuse est arrivée pour chanter… totalement hors de propos & sans aucun professionnalisme.
Pire encore : les fruits servis étaient pourris, ce qui est absolument honteux & dangereux. Les portions de frites étaient misérables, indignes d'un restaurant.
Service désorganisé, manque total d'attention & de respect pour un événement aussi important qu'un anniversaire d'enfant. Je ne recommande absolument pas & je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds.
L'attente a été extrêmement longue! Il a fallu un peu plus d'une heure juste pour recevoir notre nourriture, & nous n'avions que commandé 4 plats très basiques. De plus, le personnel est extrêmement impoli. Cet endroit devrait sérieusement revoir sa gestion, car c'est absolument inacceptable. Je n'ai pas non plus été impressionnée par la nourriture puisque les plats étaient tièdes. De plus, l'expérience est très décevante & je ne recommande vraiment pas cet endroit.
I used to love this Allô Mon Coco, it was my favourite one. This time, i had a really bad experience & felt like i needed to say it. The food didn't feel fresh: the eggs too hard, the bread too dry, no fresh fruits… Then the poor service: the server made many mistakes; dirty cups, not enough water for everyone, cup of coffee half served…
I've been to this location several times but the last time I came the plates & cutlery had a strong smell of bleach. As much as I appreciate the effort of sanitation, it ruined my experience. I also agree that the quality & portions have declined.The service however was amazing.
Allo Mon Coco was once a nice brunch spot now look at the kind of food they serve . Would you say this plate is worth 20$? No. The food was also very cold when it arrived at our table .
Went for brunch last weekend with 5 friends & honestly I was quite surprised to see how much the quality of food has declined. The breakfast potatoes used to be so so good but they were totally bland & undercooked. We all had different dishes & all had the same reaction:'it's not the same as it used to be'. The restaurant was not busy yet the service was extremely slow. & what can I say about the bathrooms- disgusting! Paper everywhere on the floor & one toilet was clogged with paper (this particular issue is because of disgusting patrons, shame on you!) also the sink area was dirty, doesn't anyone do rounds to go clean up in there? Will never be going back. Do better, AMC!
La serveuse eté serviable mais la perssonne (JACOB) qui été a l'aceuil s'est mal comporté avec nous je reviendrais plus à cause de son comportement raciste
