Depuis 9 ans, c'est la pire expérience que j'ai vécue chez Allô! Mon Coco.
Ce matin, le 1er mai à 7h, j'ai simplement demandé le Wi-Fi. La serveuse m'a complètement ignorée. Elle n'avait aucune patience, ne m'a pas laissé terminer ma phrase, passait devant moi sans me regarder ni répondre.
Je me suis sentie traitée comme si je dérangeais, presque comme si je demandais la charité.
À la fin, elle m'apporte la machine pour payer, repart immédiatement & ne revient plus. Pourtant, je remarque qu'elle me surveille de loin, donc ce n'était pas par manque de temps.
Je comprends alors que, pour elle, si je viens manger, je ne dois rien demander d'autre - même pas le Wi-Fi. Elle ne me l'a jamais donné.
Donc, pour moi, pas de service = pas de pourboire.
En comparaison, chez Cosmopolitan, l'accueil est impeccable, le service est attentionné & les employées sont très aimables.
Ici, après plusieurs regards, je m'approche pour payer. À deux pas de moi, elle sort son téléphone, comme pour me montrer qu'elle décide quand elle est disponible.
Alors moi aussi, je décide quand & à qui je donne mon pourboire.
Vanessa nous a donner un super service. Très gentille , attentive & rapide. La dernière fois nous avions une autre serveuse, nous n'étions pas sûr d'y retourner le service était moyen… Vanessa vient de nous fidéliser au commerce! Elle nous a pas fait regretter de laisser une deuxième chance au restaurant ! Nous allons bientôt nous revoir!
Service is good coffee is fresh.

Quality & portion is avarage & I guess depend on the cooks mood!
Zach ce un extraordinaire travailleur pour votre compagnie, je pense vous devriez avoir plus de gens comme lui. On es vraimente très contentent de son excellent service.
Je viens souvent au Allo Mon Coco de Saint Leonard & chaque fois j un très bon moment. Un special shout out a Zack. Excellent service, ultra pro comme serveur. Il mérite une promotion! 🙈

Super brunch comme d'habitude ! Mais surtout, le service de Zach était tout simplement exceptionnel. Il n'y avait plus de crème glacée, & pourtant - mission impossible accomplie - j'ai eu mon Banana Split au moment même où je commençais à manger. Ça, c'est le genre de service qui dépasse les attentes.
@Zach si tu lis ceci : gros merci pour ton service attentionné, ton professionnalisme & ton sens du client. Continue comme ça - tu fais toute une différence !
My experience was disappointing. I used to be a regular at Bd des Grandes-Prairies & used to love coming every month for breakfast. Today, my husband took me out for breakfast to celebrate my birthday ( sorry he chose to come here). While the waitress was friendly, she messed up our entire order. I chose not to complain & just ate & left (by the way the food wasn't good). My first issue is that the servings are now much smaller than before. It's funny the prices have gone up, the portions have shrunk-it's ironic but not funny. They used to serve coffee continuously, but now you have to ask, & they seem to avoid refilling your cup. Sadly, I believe the place is declining, as it was quite busy before, but now it is pretty empty. So yeah very disappointing experience.
Grazie al ragazzo che è stato così gentile e rispettoso con me e mia madre. Non capita spesso di vedere giovani nei ristoranti, figuriamoci qualcuno che parla italiano! Apprezziamo davvero il servizio e torneremo sicuramente. Ottimo!
C'était quand même assez occupé en ce lundi de Pâques. Service inégal : Mon copain a reçu son assiette presque 10 minutes après que j'ai eu la mienne.
J'avais demandé une omelette sans saucisses & 1 toast. J'ai reçu 2 toasts & une omelette avec saucisses. La serveuse a offert de changer. L'omelette était trop cuite, les toasts pas assez & trop de beurre.
Mon copain a pris le'chicken & waffle'. Les oeufs pochés trop cuits & un gros morceau juste de friture dans l'assiette.
J'ai utilisé les toilettes qui étaient salles avec une toilette défectueuse & pas de papier à main.
Nous n'y retournerons pas...

Nous étions 4 personnes. Le restaurant était bondé & il y avait des clients qui attendaient à la porte. Malgré tout le travail qu'il y avait le personnel ont fait un travail extraordinaire. Notre serveuse, Gabrielle a eu un super sourire une gentillesse superbe
Finalement je suis heureuse de pouvoir vous dire félicitation à toute l'équipe. Nous y retournerons c'est certain
Disappointing Experience at Allo Mon Coco!
?I visited this location during spring break with a friend & our children. We expected it to be busy, & it was , but the service was unfortunately disorganized. After being seated, we waited a significant amount of time without being offered water or coffee. Eventually, we had to flag down a different server, who was surprised we hadn't been helped yet. She was very apologetic & brought us coffee while locating our assigned waitress. When our waitress did arrive, she was friendly but clearly overwhelmed by the volume of customers.
?We ordered immediately, but the food took an eternity to arrive. Despite bringing crayons & paper with us, the kids ran out of things to color & were becoming very restless from hunger. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. We chose not to send it back only because the children were starving & we couldn't risk waiting any longer.
?I have visited many Allo Mon Coco locations, including the Place Vertu & Marché Central branches five times just last month & this was by far the worst experience I've had. The food quality & presentation were poor, & the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. Cutlery from previous guests was left on the floor, & all three stalls in the women's restroom were clogged.
?Given the high standards I usually associate with this chain, I was shocked by the state of this location. It was a very disappointing visit, & we certainly won't be returning.
