Suis allé pour commander à emporter mais c'etait vraiment trop long à cause du Rush du Midi/Dîner ça je le comprends parfaitement. Ils étaient dépassés peur-être car PLUSIEURS ARTICLES MANQUAIENT dans ma comande : fèves au lard, confiture & sirop. Mettre en place un système pour les commandes à emporter serait idéal car ce ne sont pas tous les clients qui sont compréhensifs comme moi.

Inacceptable comme service… 35min après avoir franchis la porte, toujours aucun employé n'est venu prendre notre commande. J'ai dû me lever pour demander du café & demander à 4 employés différents qui était en charge de notre section, puis qui gérait le resto… de nombreux clients attendaient pour payer en étant laissés à eux mêmes & le resto était loin d'être plein.

We waited a very long time, & after asking several times to place our order, we still did not receive service. We were a group of 10 people, & the experience was very disappointing. We eventually left without ordering & will not be returning.
The restaurant needs more staff during busy times. We have received excellent, friendly, & fast service from two waitresses at AM Déjeuner in Laval, but unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit.

Waited over 20 minutes to get a table. They sat us We had 6 kids with us. Never came to take our order. After 45 minutes the waitress comes & tell us she would come back. We asked for service twice before that. We just walked out

A big thank you to our waitress Maeva for the outstanding service! I used to live in Montreal & now live in the United States, but whenever I come back to visit, places like this make me want to return again & again. She was friendly, welcoming, & had such a wonderful personality that made our breakfast experience even better. Her attentiveness & genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciated the great service & look forward to coming back on our next visit to Montreal.
