Then why did you create such a fuss about it 1 kg worth of meat? First you made a mistake on the order, then when we told you that you made a mistake on the order, your ego came in the way & instead of doing right by your customer you were asking me to provide you proof that it was all chicken? & to drive all the way back & bring it back to you for just a small order of beef that needed to be added that YOU made a mistake on? If it isnt about that 1 kg then what is it? Many people on your own reviews have mentioned that you are rude & unpleasant. Instead of giving me advice, its time to take a hard look at yourself in the mirror. It is clearly apparent by me & many others that based on the reviews of your restaurant that you take advantage of your customers & not the other way around. Also your responses to these reviews show that you never admit your mistakes even when so many people call you out on it. Your delusional ego us coming in the way. Don't try to gaslight me, it makes you look even worse. As for Facebook post, if you think that is a threat then that is laughable, why dont you go to CNN too & cry about it & play the victim. Do as you please just like you have been doing in this whole situation. Unpleasant, rude & disrespectful. Maybe an advice for you instead because clearly you need it: Try being nice for a change, it works. & maybe then you will realize that a customer who has been ordering from your restaurant for years should not be receiving this type of reaction or response to a mistake you all made. You might realize that it was not worth it. & if you don't your loss. Keep it up then & you will lose a lot more customers.
Today one of my friend invited me but I felt bad for him on how much he spend for us whatever he ordered he didn't recieve some items plus how they gave us food was really disrespectful even animal are treated better then this I would not recommend anyone to go there to waste their time & money
I'm really disappointed with this restaurant. The food was really bad its too much cold likes they cooked it already in advance. & the restaurant was too cold, they don't have a heater. The more the food gets colder because of this. Everybody was wearing heavy jackets while eating its a waste of time & money. Never again, & not recommended for my friends & family
It's a good place to eat. Food was amazing. We all enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place. Maybe restaurant can extend some extra dine in place by taking next door place, have men & women washroom.

Unfortunately, both the hygiene & the customer service need serious improvement REALLY.

Honestly enjoyed the food, & I think that's why we've return as much as we did, but there was always poor customer service. This time was our last time. Got our fries, drinks & napkins just as we finished eating. We have been forgotten over & over again multiple times. I understand it gets busy & a longer wait time, but lacking customer service over & over again just isn't right. Especially when we drive over an hour just to enjoy our time & money, however it just isn't worth it anymore.
Al Quds Grill its yummy always fresh ingredients , BBQ Charcoal , tender succulents meats , delicious lentils soup mmm , a new nice diner area with friendly smiley staffs . I definitely recommended Al Quads Grill My golden thump up 👍
Catered & had food delivered on Saturday night for 1st time....it was fantastic. The food, quality, delivery, service was impeccable, all guests loved the food (delicious, fresh & warm). The main chef took extra care with me as I was ordering for preparation....did not disappoint at all. Will definitely be going back,...Bravo & thank you for making my wife's Bday a great success.
Mauvaise services je vous préviens de regarder toujours votre commande car moi ça m'arrive souvent qu'il font male ma commande cette fois si il mon chargé 1.25$ une brochette de poulet & de enlever une brochette de kafta il mont dit qu'il avait 5 brochettes de poulet mais il avait 4 c'est vraiment male de leur part
I only ordered from this place through doordash, but the food is very delicious, & fresh, even the salad is delicious, but the quantity is not consistent, i ordered mixed grill which supposed to have 5 skewers & i only got 4. so they should be more careful.
