Adelina Pasta Bar is officially my new go-to spot at DIX30.

You can really tell the pasta is made fresh. Even with the generous portions, I didn't feel extremely bloated afterward, which usually happens to me when I eat pasta.

The rosé sauce was top 2 - & not 2 - in Montreal. Seriously, it was that good.

The atmosphere inside is warm & welcoming, & the staff was super friendly. I even had the privilege of having the owner cook my meal, which made the experience feel even more special.

Amazing food, great service, & a place I'll definitely be coming back to. Keep up the great work!

Did a quick order on Uber of their Pollo Alfredo.
I agree that the pasta/sauce ratio is a bit off. However, I can tell the pasta was fresh & still very delicious. I will need to pass by in person!

Uber service was good & on time.

Gigi Alla Nonna. As far as the food, the dish was good , generous pasta portion however there was very little sausage. It's ok for a quick pasta place but it's very bland as far as taste.

Amazing experience from taking my order to the quality of the food. Everyone is so nice & warm, it feels like you're in your Italian grandma's kitchen. Really delicious pasta, the new Alfredo sauce is amazing. A bit pricier than Lulu's but I prefer Adelina tbh. 9.8/10 will be going back.
