Fresh pasta & cute décor but quite pricey. For just two pastas & two drinks, it came out to around $50. The lauretta was delicious but the pesto had a bit too much olive oil to my liking.
Absolutely amazing!
I love that you can choose your own type of pasta, sauce, & ingredients. Everything is always fresh & delicious, & the meatballs are really good!
The staff is friendly, welcoming, & always smiling, which makes the experience even better. The restaurant is spotless, & the service is fantastic.
Definitely a place to try if you are in Brossard.
We bought 6 bags of fresh pasta & oh my god they are just like in Italy, they taste sooo good, my Italian mother asked me to go back for some more even.
But the star of the show: the manager, Kevin.
Kevin might honestly be my favourite french person. The poor guy had so many problems with the pricing of the bags because of the machine but he made the whole situation so much smoother & funnier & he even gave us a nice discount because of all the complications, god bless him 😂😭🤍
The workers were also so kind & patient 🥹 it's a shame this isn't an actual restaurant where they serve you at the table because the people that work at Adelina are the most welcoming! 😊
I heard great things about this pasta place & have been wanting to try them out for a few years now so I was super happy to hear they opened a location in Brossard. I got the build your own pasta bowl & it was very delicious! Everything tasted so fresh, even the parsley was fresh & was not the dry type you find in bottles. The grilled chicken is amazing, it tastes very good & it is also halal. I will definitely be back to try other sauces.
Very disappointing experience.
The pasta was extremely acidic, to the point that even the Parmesan & cheese mixed into the sauce could not balance the flavor. Some of the pasta was also undercooked.
The biggest issue was the amount of water left in the bowl. The pasta seemed poorly drained, leaving a large amount of water at the bottom & completely diluting the tomato sauce. The result was a watery, bland sauce with very little flavor. Because of the excess hot water, the dish was also extremely hot & burned my mouth.
Unfortunately, I became very sick shortly after eating. Within minutes, I started vomiting & continued feeling unwell for hours afterward.
The dessert was not fresh either. It appeared to have been thawed & then left sitting out, resulting in a soft & unappetizing texture.
Considering the meal cost nearly $60 for two pasta dishes, I expected much better quality. Honestly, you can get fresh pasta & homemade tomato sauce of far better quality for less money in Little Italy.
I found nothing authentic about this Italian dining experience. I will not be returning.
My new go to spot!! The food was amazing & fresh, you can really taste all of the clean ingredients. The meatballs were nice & tender with amazing flavour! The staff & atmosphere was amazing as well, I will forsure being going back!
First experience at Adelina.
I had rigatoni with bolognese sauce & meatballs.
Pasta & bolognese were good. I wish I could say the same about the meatballs. They were way too dry, no moisture & no taste.
I had a piece of focaccia that was not fresh, too dry. An employee, maybe the manager, asked how I liked it. She offered me to reheat the focaccia. It wasn't as bad but still not fresh. I just felt she put one in the microwave with a bit of oil on it. I had a cannoli for dessert. It was just ok, cannoli was nice & fresh but the filling was very average. We're far away from Lafronaie Cannoli's.
I will certainly give them another try, but they need to improve their meatballs & focaccia for sure. Service was nice & efficient.
We got the Pollo Alfredo & Lauretta & both were delicious! The meatball as well was good. The flavors were there. You also have the option to add toppings or create your own pasta bowl which is really nice. It's made fresh & you can taste it. The staff is super nice & made sure the order was properly made. Would definitely go back!
