These pork & chive dumplings are seriously impressive! The bottoms are perfectly pan-fried to a golden crisp, with that beautiful lace-like'crispy skirt' that adds both visual appeal & an amazing crunch in every bite.
The filling is just as good-juicy, flavorful pork combined with fresh chives that aren't overpowering. The balance is spot on, making each bite rich but not greasy.
Overall, it's the perfect contrast of crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. You can really tell care went into making these. Definitely ordering again-highly recommended!
Amazing dumpling spot! The soup dumplings were so delicious & they are very generous with the proportions. Employees are the sweetest as well. Would recommend 100% :)

been 2 more times after my initial review & was disappointed. They changed their recipe based on some comments from people because xiao long bao go get that soup requires gelatin & fat & apparently that upset some people. Please, do not go to other cultures then ask them to modify the recipes, go elsewhere or order regular dumplings. I wish they didn't fold to these requests. I don't know if they reverted it back to the original recipe since. It just wasn't as juicy & as good because of the modifications. Sammi soup dumpling it is!

Had xiao long bao, the pork was sold out :( got the chicken & mushroom & it was so good. Also had the beef curry dumpling & pork coriander pan fried dumpling & the cucmber entree. Every single thing was perfectly delicious. Very flavorful, juicy, tender, the right texture for the filling & the skin (all home made) & the skin was just thin enough. Loved all of it! There is a lady that sits at the front making dumplings non stop.
I'd suggest doing dine in for xiao long bao, I don't think you'll get the same experience with take out or delivery. There are a few tables inside, nicely lit, it's a cute spot to eat in. The lady serving us (one of the 3 madames that own this joint) was super sweet.
You can also order water or tea (& tea isn't charged extra) so it's a great authentic Chinese experience :) Highly recommend! I want to try everything on the menu.
I just went there today & we order some veggie dumplings. As a vegan, the waitress was really looking up for me & making sure there is no animal product. Also, I did try a few places of dumplings in my life, but they never turn out to be that good. This was fantastic. Really good service & good dumplings with lots of choice. I really recommend it.
The food is amazing! In particular, i recommend crevette, poulet, & mushrooms (shrimp, chicken & mushrooms). The service is also great, the staffs were very welcoming. High recommend.
It was an amazing dining experience! All the dishes we ordered were delicious, authentic, & generously portioned. You can tell the ingredients are fresh & the flavors are top-notch. The restaurant is bright & clean, & the hygiene is excellent, which is reassuring. I've already saved it & will be back often! I highly recommend it to everyone.

J'ai adoré! Nous avons essayé plusieurs types de plats afin de goûter à un peu de tout & tout était bon. Les employés étaient tous super gentils. C'est une ambiance très familiale. Nous avons été servis rapidement. Vraiment un super restaurant, je recommande!
Great dumplings! Came here for a short weekend trip & this place was such a cozy place to wind down for dinner. Very friendly staff, tasty dumplings, & great price! Would definitely recommend :)
WOW ! Mais quelle belle découverte pour mon conjoint & moi ce soir. C'était tout simplement délicieux !! Essayez leur thé limonade, vrai thé noir, citron & autres ingrédients (probablement un sirop). Nous allons revenir c'est certain! Rapport qualité prix extra. Je recommande fortement.
