Went to Les 3 Brasseurs on St-Denis around 5-5:30 PM for an early birthday dinner with my wife while we were out walking. We chose it mainly for convenience since it was nearby - unfortunately the experience was very poor from start to finish.

The first issue was the entry/reception area. There was already a group of five waiting, & the space is too small to comfortably accommodate multiple parties. Another group came in behind us, the doors were being held open, & everyone was packed together with cold winter air blowing in. We waited about five minutes with no staff attending the reception area at all.

Since no one came, we decided to sit ourselves at the bar, which many restaurants allow when seats are open. After about 15 minutes waiting at the bar, someone finally took our drink order - but instead of acknowledging the situation, we were lectured about waiting to be seated because that's when menus are provided. The lack of awareness or empathy at that point really set the tone.

We received our drinks before getting menus, then waited another 20+ minutes with no one returning to take our order. I also sat with an empty drink for a long stretch without anyone checking in. At that point we decided to leave & go somewhere else - even getting the bill was difficult because it was extremely hard to get anyone's attention despite repeated attempts.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized & lacking any clear leadership or customer service standards. It's disappointing, especially for what was meant to be a nice birthday outing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Merci beaucoup au responsable ou directeur de la restauration & toute son équipe d'hier soir. Très professionnel, super bien accueilli, malgré notre retard, une vraie volonté de vouloir servir ses clients avec excellence. Ça fait plaisir car aujourd'hui c'est rare, & c'est fou comment cela bonifie l'expérience global d'un repas. Bonne continuation :)

Le service fut impressionnant. La serveuse nous a offert un service tout sourire & un suivi constant. Malheureusement, un des repas, la bavette avait été commandée medium & nous avons eu plutôt saisie des côtés mais saignant à l'intérieur. Ma douce n'a mangé que les extrémités. Pour ma part, la soupe à l'oignon & mon bqurger étaient parfaits. Les desserts furent aussi un regal.

Belle ambiance, bon service & bonne bouffe. J'ai pris la poutine avec la saucisse de Toulouse (Poutine week) & ma blonde la flamkuche Lilloise. Excellente bière brassée sur place, plus local que ça c'est impossible. On y retourne c'est certain!
