A while ago I met up with a friend on a Sunday evening & sat at the bar. When asked for the'facture' to leave, a female employee puts my friend's in front here being all courteous, nice & pro & dropping'voilà mademoiselle!', & then she hands over mine with a discontent & grim attitude not uttering a single word. The only thing she said to me was if i wanted the receipt still as frosty & stern as she could be. I don't know what her problem was as I didn't have a single word with her before that, but she seemed to be in a good enough mood to show courtesy to a customer & not to another. She looked older than the other young bartenders & wouldn't come behind the bar as often. It was not a pleasant experience & I didn't appreciate the selective hospitality.
Usually a regular at 3 brasseurs brossard or crescent location. This location's nachos & poutine are more expensive than brossard location. The chicken fingers has 6 pieces in an order & 2 pieces out of 6 they are smaller than the last joint of my pinky finger (in other words they are so small it's ridiculous)! Also rush us to pay the bill even though there are a lot of tables available on a Saturday afternoon.
There are a lot of bars in this downtown area, next time I'm in the area, I would not bring my business to this location… it's a little disappointing this visit to be honest. Not awesome like it usually is at 3 Brasseurs, unfortunately. They dropped the ball this time in my opinion 😐🥲
It's a sports bar more than a restaurant. They did not give the food menu but the snacks one. Which was annoying. Food is great & the host & waitresses were very friendly!
The food's okay if you need something quick & easy, but I wouldn't call any of it delicious.
Service is usually good, no complaints there. But the vibe is just like any other basic pub, nothing special that makes it stand out from other bars in North America. Bathrooms were kinda clean, but they could probably check & clean them more often during a shift.
Soirée entre amis pour un souper, nous avons été servis par Élise au bar. Très sympathique & a l'écoute de nos demandes. Bon service, toujours souriante, très agréable & accommodante. On reviendra pour la bouffe & le service.
Went to Les 3 Brasseurs on St-Denis around 5-5:30 PM for an early birthday dinner with my wife while we were out walking. We chose it mainly for convenience since it was nearby - unfortunately the experience was very poor from start to finish.
The first issue was the entry/reception area. There was already a group of five waiting, & the space is too small to comfortably accommodate multiple parties. Another group came in behind us, the doors were being held open, & everyone was packed together with cold winter air blowing in. We waited about five minutes with no staff attending the reception area at all.
Since no one came, we decided to sit ourselves at the bar, which many restaurants allow when seats are open. After about 15 minutes waiting at the bar, someone finally took our drink order - but instead of acknowledging the situation, we were lectured about waiting to be seated because that's when menus are provided. The lack of awareness or empathy at that point really set the tone.
We received our drinks before getting menus, then waited another 20+ minutes with no one returning to take our order. I also sat with an empty drink for a long stretch without anyone checking in. At that point we decided to leave & go somewhere else - even getting the bill was difficult because it was extremely hard to get anyone's attention despite repeated attempts.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized & lacking any clear leadership or customer service standards. It's disappointing, especially for what was meant to be a nice birthday outing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
Nice food & friendly service. We stayed at Hyatt hotel. Tuesday evening Walked here for dinner. Surprised find this 3 story restaurant. No reservations but they allowed us sitting at bar. Ordered Munich queen- beer, tuna tartare as starters, Royale sauerkraut for share. Highly recommend!
The food was not hot when we got our order, it was barely warm. We had to wait a very long time to get our food, including the 1 appetizer (soup) that was ordered. We kept being told it won't be long, it won't be long. Definitely not rushing to go back
