Today at 14:30 we went to the 3 Brasseurs International Dix30 Brossard location & sat at a table for four. Before sitting down, we clearly told the staff that we planned to stay for the whole evening & asked them to give us a table without a reservation later in the evening. They agreed & seated us.
During our time there we ordered food & drinks & paid around 300 dollars including taxes.
However, around 17:15 the manager, Mr. Tristen, came to our table several times & told us that we had to leave. In the end he said they would not serve us any more beer & asked us to leave.
This was a very disappointing & uncomfortable experience. After spending that amount & explaining our plan in advance, this kind of treatment was unexpected.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
Rien à redire sur le service ou l'ambiance, mais un peu déçue de ma boisson & mon repas. Mon poké bowl ne goûtait que le vinaigre de riz & la sauce épicée, & le gâteau au fromage était vraiment petit pour 8-9$ (mais délicieux).
J'ai adoré mon expérience aux 3 Brasseurs de Brossard le 9 février dernier avec Steve P. Grand professionnalisme, belle écoute, pro-actif & personne très attentionnée. Ma voisine, mon frère & moi avons grandement apprécié. Au plaisir!
Les enfants autant que nous aimons Les 3 Brasseurs. Nous y allons plusieurs fois par année. À Québec, à Montréal ou sur la rive sud, c'est toujours un plaisir.
Nous aimons beaucoup aller manger aux 3 Brasseurs du quartier Dix30. La nourriture est vraiment excellente & le service est super. En particulier Siryne, qui offre un service impeccable, toujours souriante & très attentionnée. Bravo !!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The staff is very unskilled when it comes to accommodating to guests issues/concerns, for example my food being cold & dry when it came out, they rather chill at the bar & talk to each other instead of staying focused & making money for their team, I did not get a refund instead they reheated my plate in the microwave & called it a day. I also mistakenly walked into the kitchen thinking it was the bathroom, & the sight I saw was absolutely horrific, very unhygienic kitchen with cooks/bussboys having their hands in everyone's food picking at the customers fries. Also, the hostesses system being completely disorganized, having to wait for a hostess to take a walk around the restaurant to check if there's any tables available when they should have their table status updated on whatever app they use for reservations, already upon walking in I had very low expectations. I know it's no crazy 5 star place & my expectations shouldn't have been as high in the first place, but come on can it even get worse. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here at 3 brasseurs dix30 & would recommend (if wanting to try) any other one than this one. In my opinion the person managing this place is completely bonkers & has no idea how to manage a restaurant, keep it clean, & hire the right staff in order to offer an experience enjoyable for all clients. Do better !!!!!!!!!! This is people's money
