Martinique Gourmande Festival Montreal 2026

The Comité Martiniquais du Tourisme in Canada launched the Martinique Gourmande Festival in 2008. Since then, a number of restaurateurs have come together each year to introduce the public to Martinique's culinary influences. Chefs and cocktail designers offer drinks and dishes inspired by the gastronomy of the "island of flowers". The festival is also enriched by a series of musical events organized in selected restaurants and bars, complementing the gastronomic experience offered à la carte.
