Spanish cuisine lovers now have a new lunchtime destination on the Plateau. Ibéricos has launched a weekday lunch menu, available Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 2pm, featuring the restaurant's signature dishes in a quick, flavourful and affordable format.
Created by Chef Haissam Souki Tamayo, the menu showcases traditional Spanish "platos combinados," the restaurant's renowned Valencian-style paellas now available for the first time in individual portions, and new pressed "bocatas" made with premium Spanish cured meats on Catalan pan de cristal bread. Guests can also enjoy sangria and other refreshing wine-based beverages inspired by Spain's Costa Brava.
Highlights include a trio of tapas, grilled pork secreto with Padrón peppers, Andalusian-style fried calamari, seafood paella made with bomba rice, and the jamón ibérico and serrano bocata. Diners can also enjoy lunch on Ibéricos' terrace on Saint-Denis Street.
For those downtown, a selection of made-to-order dishes, including the individual paellas, is also available at the Ibéricos counter inside Time Out Market Montréal.
