We had a great meal last night at Zibo ! Staff was super friendly, our waitress Eve was super nice & gave us some really good food & drink suggestions. Food was very, very good & the atmosphere was lively & cheerful. Great night out !

The beef carpaccio was delicious & the meat platter to share was great. Service fast & pleasant. Drinks aren't cheap but I asked for a very skinny margarita & this is exactly what they served me without making me feel like I was asking for something crazy. We were a group of 7 girls & had a beautiful & pleasant meal.
Four of us went for dinner. My husband & I ordered a bottle of wine & our friends ordered a drink each, along with our meal order. 10 minutes passed & our friends drinks arrived- We were told they were out of the wine we chose & the waiter would be back for our next choice. Our waiter never came back for the wine choice, our meals arrived (we had to order the wine from the person who delivered our meal ) 50 minutes from the time we sat down our wine came with no apologies.
Close to closing time the air conditioning was drastically cut & the noise from the kitchen was extremely loud as if to give people in the restaurant a nudge to leave.
Been there many times before, but is now off all four of our restaurants to dine in.
The food & service were generally good, nice atmosphere. Wld be nice to have a table d'hôte. Main issue for 3 stars were our mixed drinks. Tasty but barely any alcohol. Sangria was shared by two, didn't get the mildest buzz. Same for mixed cocktail. Our total bill $350 which included the Expensive juice!
Nice place with good atmosphere. The menu looked really good. Had the chicken with mushroom sauce. The sauce was delicious but the chicken was a little over cooked & dry.
They also had a 2hr time limit for our table which I've never seen before. It would be a great spot to sit & have an evening of drinks & food but tough with the time limit.

Very good service from the 2 ladies on the bar, fast & lovely.
Cant review the food as we didn't eat we seat on the bar had couple of drinks.
Atmosphere was bad, no music, & we had couple of teenagers keep screaming & snapping on the bar table, was surprised the manager of the place didn't react at all as these people are disturbing the whole vibe.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food-we ordered the tartare & sea bass…which were both fantastic. Drinks were good too. The ambiance is great & the service is bilingual & attentive.
I go to Zibo regularly & it is one of my favourite restaurants in Vaudreuil but the way my friends & I were treated last night, I'm seriously considering not coming back. I reserved a table & asked for a booth at the bar. When my friends & I got there, they started to walk us to our table but stopped us in our tracks & told us to hold on. As we were walking back to the front to see what was happening, we saw another group being seated at our table. The front said there was a mixup & it wouldn't be too long till another table left.
They sat us at the bar & gave us a free drink which was nice. The only problem was, the table that was supposed to leave ended up staying & chatting for another 50 minutes. You would think that the waiter or Manager would have the decency to tell the other group that there is another reservation waiting. I was the one who had to ask them to say something.
A more senior manager saw we were upset & said he would get to the bottom of it. He said that it was first come first serve in the bar area & there were no reservations. I told him that we were the first group to arrive & that we were almost at our table when they told us to stop & seated someone else. He then went to go see the front & said they had to sit those people at our table because there was no other free table in the restaurant for them that could accommodate 5 people. Even though we arrived first, & their intention was to seat us at this table, they tried to come up with an excuse to justify their actions. The senior manager said he would compensate us for our troubles & their idea of doing so was to offer us a nasty shot. We had 1 person in our party who doesn't drink but took a coffee & they couldn't even remove it from her bill. We were there for a total of 2.5 hours & it ruined the mood of our whole evening.
We had an enjoyable evening with drinks & good food. Our server was charming & provided great service. There is a varied menu. Prices are in line with other similar restos. Un gros Merci!!
2 items we ordered weren't available. The drinks were below standard - maybe bartender not experienced (same on my last visit). Food was good & ambiance too.
When I made the reservation, I asked for a table in the bar side near the window because I am hearing impaired & by the window there is a little less noise. When we arrived, the person who greeted us informed me that there was no table available by the window (to my surprise). I said isn't that the point in making a reservation, to reserve the table you want (the reservation was made 3 days prior to Thursday). She politely explained that the reservation only insured you a "seat " not necessarily where you want it. She did find us a table but not where we had asked for.
Our waitress was very slow, we tried a few times to get her attention, finally she took our order. It was interesting to see her drinking white wine at a customer's table also.
The person who served us our meal was extremely polite & did an excellent job making sure everything was to our liking. The food was excellent!
I like Zibo but was very disappointed with the service & to know that you can only reserve a "seat" & not a specific table.
I hope someone looks into this.

Our group had a very good food experience, unbelievable.
However, bartender inexperienced; I explained to our waiter how we like our mojitos- the fresh mint "ground" in the glass, not just dropped in glass; Cuban rum if possible & legal 1.5 ounces.
After a very disappointing first round of drinks , most not drank after 1st sip; I ordered a 2nd round & asked for double shots - 3 ounces of rum as there was too much soda water in 1st drink order & less rum.
Organizing a happy group event; I was not wholly satisfied with our groups mixed reviews overall due to poor quality of drinks served.
Low on staff. What little staff there was were not attentive. Food is overpriced, bland & overcooked. Ordered the lobster pasta & it was overcooked & not as described. (Additionally, it had almost no lobster.) Would stay away from this place unless you’re desperate. The Pizza & drinks were good, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of service.
