C'est la première fois que je sors d'un restaurant en regrettant d'avoir laissé un pourboire. Kono n'était pas attentif, nous a laissé longtemps sans prendre notre commande, ne pouvait pas répondre à nos questions sur le menu. Mon amie lui a même demandé s'il avait déjà mangé à ce restaurant...Nous avons attendu très (trop) longtemps pour notre repas. Bref, la nourriture était bien, mais le service laissait grandement à désirer.
We went for a date night & everything was a 10/10. The food was delicious & the staff were very kind & attentive. We were not rushed & the pacing between receiving our appetizers & main was perfect.
Imagine a bunch of black girls from age ranges of 13-17 & a young man celebrating a friend's birthday. We chose zibo for a good time, except it wasn't really what we anticipated. Firstly, the waitresses were not friendly to us & almost seemed as if they were ignoring us when we called them for assistance. The main waitress that was serving our table was never around which forced us to call on other waitresses who were not even serving our section. The waitress kept forgetting that we had ordered, so we had to keep reminding her which made our food come out later than your normal "late". We had a birthday cake after dinner that we tipped off the waitress to bring after we were done eating & she took over 20 minutes to bring the cake. At this point we were just ready to get of there. Zibo! No matter what clientele you receive our first point of contact should be welcoming & friendly no matter what; your restaurant receptionist. We are well mannered young adults who wanted to have a great time. We will not make it a race thing, but your waitresses should never be judgemental or catty for any reason. Our money is the same color as everyone else's so your service should be great or the same for everyone else. Please do better, thank you!
Great spot to catch up on a good book & eat excellent food. The service was friendly & on point (10/10). Will definitely go back more often when in the area.
Service laisse vraiment à désirer. Pas chaleureux. La serveuse ne vient pas demandé si tout est bien. Ce n'est même pas elle qui apporte les repas, ni l'entrée. J'ai été obligé d'aller au bar pour demandé ma facture, la serveuse n'était pas visible !
Restaurant qui a des choix pour tout les goûts. Le service était impeccable & la nourriture aussi. Habituellement je suis assez critique dans ce type de resto & ce genre de resto ne serait pas mon premier choix.... Cependant j'ai juste du positif pour le repas de ce soir. Les saveurs étaient à point & les aliments frais. La température des plats étaient parfaites.

It misses something... it's obvious that you eat in a chain restaurant... Food is a bit blend. It's missing some love. LOL Our waiter was amazing though.
J'ai essayé d'autre ZIBO & malheureusement celui de anjou ne se comparait pas aux standard des autres restaurant de la même chaine . Calamar sans saveur avec de l'huile qui avais l'air d'avoir été trop utilisé. Burger tres normal , ca ne vaut pas le prix , la salade c'est ce qui a sauvé mon repas, une bonne saveur . & le tartare n'avais pas une saveur a poisson frais . Je ne retournerai pas .
Nous avons eu un repas fantastique! Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avait pas mangé un steak aussi bon dans un restaurant. Le steak de surlonge nous a été servi à éclairer cuisson parfaite que nous voulions. La viande était tellement tendre! Le tartare de saumon était frais, délicieux & moelleux. Nous avons été super impressionnés. Une expérience à renouveler assurément.

Ambiance un peu froide mais la nourriture est excellente... je recommande pour un gros groupe plus que pour un couple .. Entrer de dumpling !!!! À essayer!!
The service was a little slow, my glass of water was often empty for a while & the food was taking a long time getting out the kitchen (the restaurant was also pretty much empty) the Brie was good, but nothing impressive, the calamari was ok, nothing special & the sauce coming with it is chipotle, so if like me you don't like chipotle & you like to eat your calamari without sauce. The salmon tartare was just bad, just when it arrived at the table I could tell something was wrong with it, the color was weird & so was the taste, it wasn't fresh at all. We returned it.
