C'était la deuxième fois que nous commandions, la première fois on avait pris 20 morceaux, & c'était bon. Ils nous avaient même donné des edemame en attendant notre commande. Malheureusement la deuxième fois, les sushis étaient décevants. Nous avions pris le combo 16 morceaux. Le riz était sec, presque pas de wasabi, le saumon n'était pas mangeable car trop gras. Aussi il y avait des hosomakis avec un légume mariné inconnu très sucré. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.
Just tried the sushi from the new owners & I am disappointed. The rice was soggy & overcooked… not appetizing . The ingredients didn't hold properly & the rice ratio was off. The tempura was soggy. After taste was not pleasant. I was not able to finish. They should change the name & menu to something they do very well already.

This place is great. Amazing service & great sushi. My partner & I are vegetarian & they were able to make us a bunch of delicious vegetarian sushi & onigiri. Best sushi spot in Montreal if you ask me!

Their salmon? Buttery. Their tempura? Crispy. Their rice? Perfectly seasoned. The fish is super fresh, the portions are generous, & the rolls are packed. They serve great onigiris & pokes as well 🍱 ✨
We love this local sushi spot & the new owners are doing a great job. Today they gave us wonderful service & the rolls & onigiri were delicious. We truly enjoy coming here for sushi. I would highly recommend it.
Yoshi Sushi balances comfort & craftsmanship beautifully. The traditional Japanese chicken curry came out steaming & fragrant, with a slow, savory depth that felt like a hug in a plate. The double salmon roll was a show-stopper - lush slices of salmon, delicious avocado with perfectly seasoned rice holding it all together. Service stayed attentive without hovering, & the room had that quiet, warm buzz that makes you want to linger. A spot that proves simple dishes, done perfectly, can outshine anything flashy.
J'ai goûté le sushi végétarien de ce restaurant & c'était vraiment incroyable ! Les sushis étaient très frais & délicieux, j'ai vraiment apprécié leur goût. Je reviendrai certainement !
Le travail a été fait très rapidement. Le service était excellent & l'accueil très chaleureux. L'ambiance était très conviviale & agréable. Je recommande vivement !☺?
Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. We ordered online for pickup & when my partner arrived it looked like they were understaffed & hadn't expected Friday evening to be busy. We were quoted 30 minutes but it was really 1.5hrs. They ran out of tuna & yam, which they offered to sub with salmon & cucumber, thank you.
After waiting that long & running out of key ingredients I was expecting the sushi to be good. But it was a bland, except the spicy salmon roll, that did have a bit of kick to it! No discount was offered, nor an apology.
I don't know if it's new management trying to find their groove & once things settle it will be good again. But right now, I miss the other owners. The guys working were super nice though. It looked like they were trying their best.

Des Poké sans avocat, cheap en poisson. Des sushis fades. & aucun service en français. Dommage, on ira ailleurs.
C'est le meilleur sushi que j'ai jamais goûté au Canada ; chaque saveur, chaque type de sushi & chaque boisson sont incomparables. Le prix est raisonnable, je le recommande vivement.
