Ye Olde Orchard Pub & Grill est décrit comme un pub de quartier chaleureux avec une ambiance cosy et une clientèle locale, offrant une atmosphère conviviale et une bonne sélection de bières ainsi que des plats de pub traditionnels comme fish and chips, calamar, burgers et soupe, avec des portions généreuses et des desserts, des serveurs sympathiques et un service rapide à midi, ce qui donne le sentiment d'un endroit où l'on peut passer un bon moment en bonne compagnie. Ye Olde Orchard is a Monkland Village staple for a reason. It's a classic Irish pub right in the heart of NDG with a great, easygoing vibe. It's always a reliable spot for a fun night out. Went on a Wednesday for trivia & hockey which made it a really lively atmosphere. Sat at the bar & had a burger & fries with a Guinness, & my boyfriend had the fish & chips. Great beer & solid pub food all around.
Service was friendly & welcoming, & it's the kind of place you can tell has lots of regulars. Just an easy, fun spot to hang out. We'll definitely be back 🍔🍻🏒
First come first served seating basis. The pub has a cozy feel with dim lighting. The service was friendly. They offer all your typical drinks & beer. Their cheeseburgers are always good with a generous portion of fresh French fries.
This place feels like visiting an old friend. You can sit for hours & never feel rushed. The beer is always cold & the food is always hot. The service is great, everyone is friendly & welcoming.
Today was my first day trying the food in this place. We went there to celebrate a friend's birthday after church so we were a big group (more than 20 people) so we occupied the whole inside section. We came last. I ordered fish & chips (it comes with fries & coleslaw). I replaced the fries with sweet potato fries (extra charge 4$) with a Guinness beer. The breaded haddock was good & the fries too. A friend of mine ordered the chicken sandwich wrap with soup & she said that the chicken was so good & juicy (well marinated). I loved the place with the great decorations. It is clean & the service was great & fast according to our number. Our waitress was fast & attentive. All in all, I liked my experience there & would love to go back again & try sth else.

This is a fixture of her Monkland village for a reason, it's awesome! This is the quintessential Irish Pub experience, in the heart of NDG. We have been going for years, & just returning again after a little while. The beers, food & service is fantastic, with the service being a high point. Kim greeted & served us with a radiant smile & great personally! This is the type of pub that regulars frequent, we will be back (again & again) for sure! The chicken soup was a délite, this time around. See ya soon!
