Finally had a chance to try Yans Deli for dinner! & our entire family of 4 loved it so much. Our 2 & 6 year old chowed like champs with their chicken noodles soup (super hearty & rich), corn ribs (soooooo tasty), charcoaled grilled zucchini & fries (only carb we had)!
My husband & I both loved our charcoal grilled steaks, dare I say not a lot of restaurants do it well like them! Australian Wagyu & the prime rib! Delicious! We are in the meat business so it's always great to see people who are doing it right! Tasted very comforting & homey but better!
Excellent dessert: the key line Sunday. Massive perfect to share for the entire family.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, & the service exceeded our expectations. The cocktails were amazing, & Oscar is truly talented at making them.
A huge thank you to Oscar for making our evening so special. He was friendly, attentive, & genuinely cared that we had a great experience. His positive attitude, exceptional service, & delicious cocktails made our visit even more memorable.
We'll definitely be back & highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, Oscar, for making our evening unforgettable!
Great food, but the service was basically non-existent on a weekday . Only one waitress was serving. 4 tables during our visit, we were a party of 3. The rest are couple. No menu, no greetings, no water, no smile, basically we felt invisible. To make matters worse, brought out the wrong desserts, & it was a struggle to find anyone to help correct it. The kitchen is clearly doing a great job, but the only one front-of-house staff completely missed the mark. We still left the tip as a gesture. . . .but why we still encourage this behavior if we did not get the basic services?
Yan's Deli puts a nice twist on the classic deli experience. The regular staples are all there, but with enough of their own spin to make it feel different from the usual spot. Good option if you're in the mood for deli food but want something a bit less predictable. Solid choice worth checking out.
We went there on a Saturday morning for Brunch.
They did not have much options on the menu already & we were told that they are out of Salmon & pastrami which basically are the 2 main dishes on their menu. We end up ordering 2 sandwiches with salads on the side. The lettuces in the salad looked old; it changed color to brownish color. & they charged a menu that we never ordered which they end up refunding. I am not sure why their rate is so high.
