Jimmy was our waiter & provided excellent service through out the night, he was always present & prepared to accommodate our needs. If you are looking to enjoy a flavorful & tender steak or endulge in some savory sea food appetizers I couldn't recommend a better place then Vieux-Port Steakhouse.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience ! Le serveur Quentin a été absolument incroyable : super gentil, jovial & vraiment attentionné. Vraiment un des meilleurs steakhouse que nous avons visité ma femme & moi. Nous sommes des adeptes de bonnes viandes & ici, le choix est varié, la cuisson est parfaite & on s'en tire avec une facture raisonnable considérant l'emplacement & le type de plats sélectionnés.
Nous y avons été deux fois pour des anniversaires sans nécessairement nous tourner vers l'une des trois salles privées. Nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les serveurs sont accommodants, on ne réserve toujours un petit endroits isolé pour bien discuter & avec le nombre d'étages qu'ils ont, la terrasse & la configuration du resto, ils sont équipes pour vous faire vivre une expérience à la hauteur de vos attentes. Je recommande fortement, ne serait que pour aller marcher dans le Vieux-Montréal après. Merci !

I'd say the lobster was good, but the steak wasn't so great….. One thing I REALLY didn't like was how the tip was handled. Instead of simply giving me the card machine, the server directly asked,'How much would you like to tip me?' I felt very uncomfortable having to say the amount out loud instead of entering it myself. That didn't feel right or professional.
Also, the tables were way too small-more like café tables-which really took away from the dining experience. The overall atmosphere wasn't very nice either.
I came here for my anniversary, & honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place for a special occasion. I was very disappointed. However, if you're just planning a casual dinner, it might be fine…. But just be aware of the tipping here

Je suis venue souper la semaine passée à ce retaurant. Le menu est tellement varié, il est sur d'y trouver quelque chose à notre goût. Pour ma part, j'ai toujours eu de la difficulté à choisir, mais notre serveuse, Lydia, a su me recommander la meilleure chose selon mes goûts. J'ai goûté au suprême de poulet, il était très bon! Je remercie Lydia de son hospitalité & de ses recommandations tout au long de la soirée. Si j'y retourne il est sûr que je demanderai à nouveau Lydia comme serveuse.☺?
