VERTIGO sont des restaurants-bars de type bistro dont la cuisine s’inspire de nos deux passions: les voyages et le plaisir de la table. Le choix des aliments et la fraîcheur du menu vous feront passer de l’Asie à la Méditerranée, ou du Mexique jusqu’à l’Ouest américain, tout en gardant cet important sentiment d’être à la maison. Avec sa grande sélection de bières locales et d’ailleurs, sa gamme d’alcools fins du terroir de même que ses vins régionaux, le Québec reste à l’honneur dans ce voyage culinaire.

New place opened in Centropolis, fresh look to the interior with great vibes. Service was nice, the food was just about decent (especially for the prices you pay). Must say, however, that the rice that comes with the main dishes was very well seasoned. In the desserts, I would recommend the carrot cake over the creme catalane.

Super belle découverte ce midi pour l'anniversaire de ma mère. Les entrées étaient vraiment délicieuse surtout les bao, plat principaux la guedille de crevettes c'était bon & frais . Belle accueil & excellent service . J'y retourne très bientôt avec mon conjoint la prochaine fois !

Ouvert depuis un mois, Restaurant Vertigo Laval se taille une place importante au Centropolis. Ce restaurant-bar de type bistro se démarque des autres par son élégance intemporelle & son confort contemporain. La salle à dîner est somptueuse & moderne. Les luminaires sont splendides donnant un style chic-décontracté, une ambiance chaleureuse, intime & feutrée. Un gigantesque bar impressionnant situé au centre du resto vous propose un menu boisson: cocktails d'ici & d'ailleurs, des bières locales, des vins régionaux & des alcools du terroir québécois. Confortablement installé à votre table, vous avez une vue sur la cuisine, la brigade culinaire travaille minutieusement pour préparer leur chef d'oeuvre. Une cuisine raffinée & subtile, des saveurs uniques & enivrantes, des textures & des présentations appétissantes, des portions généreuses & gourmandes, de la fraîcheur dans l'assiette & du bonheur dans la bouche. Le menu est varié & les prix sont raisonnables. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnel de Nynthia, Professionnelle, souriante, compétente & attentionnée, elle nous accorde tout le temps nécessaire pour déguster & apprécier notre repas. Our fist time & very pleased with it. Service was impeccable & the food delicious. Music a bit too loud, like all restaurants nowadays 🙄. The four of us were very pleased with our food selections. Menu offers a very diverse & very interesting combination of dishes. We will be back for sure.

Had dinner here last night with some friends. The service was good, no complaints. Calamari too salty. Nachos very good. Crispy chicken bao buns excellent. For dessert I had carrot cake cheesecake, the taste was fantastic however it was very cold so not as enjoyable to eat. I will definitely go back!

Wonderful new restaurant at Centropolis Laval, we highly recommend. The fish tacos, Bao breads crispy chicken, cheese skewers all was delicious!

We had dinner at Vertigo Laval last night & we were pleasantly surprised. To start off the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated & feels welcoming with its warm design & atmosphere. We got seated on a long table with very comfortable chairs. Our waiter Thomas heard us speaking in English when we walked in & made it a point to serve us in our preferred language although he was clearly French-speaking. I loved that effort he put to make us feel welcomed, since it's not something I experience often in restaurants around Laval/Mtl. The menu is very versatile, not overwhelming & very well priced. We were very impressed by the quantity & quality of the food. We started with oysters, a beet salad & the toast with wild mushrooms (wow). As our mains we ordered salmon, the risotto & a burger. We each wanted to try different styles of food & we were all very happy with our food. We even tried some dessert which was delicious!! If you like carrot cake you must try their carrot cheese cake. Overall, we left very satisfied & can't wait to go back! I hope they keep up with their quality.

The restaurant is new & clean however the issue was with the service. We sat down at around 5:30 yet we only received our food at like 6:40? The restaurant wasn't even full when we ordered so I don't get it. I ordered the burger & asked for no tomatoes & onions, but I received it with tomatoes & onions. The bun was cold, & they didn't bring the fries until 5 minutes after, you should bring the entire plate together at once...especially after we waited 1 hour. Sorry to say but I paid over 100 dollars of my hard working money I expect better.

A great addition to the Centropolis! This tapas restaurant & bar offer a chic open space with seatings at tables or around the bar, where people can enjoy sports games without the sound. The music was at the perfect volume & of great taste for an outing with friends. The tortillas are made with corn flour which makes them authentic. The shrimp tacos were not spicy at all & the portions were small, reminding us that they are tapas. However, the price is reasonnable for the quantity. Do not be fooled by the size of the salmon tartare! The miso one was very delicious & filling, as it was full of salmon!

Quel resto génial!! J'ai adoré le concept de pouvoir s'asseoir & échanger avec la cuisine. J'ai parlé avec Annie & Momo qui ont su agrémenter ma soirée :) & bien sûr, j'ai très bien manger & l'ambiance était très agréable!!

Super lieu, on a décidé d'y aller après avoir été faire un vol en chute libre en face du restaurant. La décoration du restaurant est vraiment belle, la musique n'est pas trop forte on est capable d'avoir des bonnes discussions entre amis. La nourriture était délicieuse. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol est qu'on avait pas assez de pain dans le plat que j'ai pris (tartare de saumon vertigo). Vraiment une belle découverte, je recommande 🤗
