Van Houtte never misses. Excellent quality coffee, smoothies, pastries, & sandwiches. This location is particularly great because the service was fantastic! Patient, helpful, & friendly staff - they even brought our drinks out to us on the terasse once they were ready. Will definitely be back.Voir plus

Cozy is the word to describe the place. Its not big like a starbucks, it actually feels like a small coffee shop & it shows by the clientele visiting. There are a lot of elderly people just drinking coffee & talking, in the middle of Dix30, that's insane. Coffee is average & tables looks weird but for a chain restaurant, the vibe is definitely pretty nice.Voir plus
