The restaurant is amazing - very clean, & the staff are welcoming & friendly. Theepan , the owner, is always present, checking in to see if everything is okay or if you need anything. He is very kind & attentive. The food is delicious, & the portions are generous.

I recently visited Universel Déjeuners & Grillades, & while the service was excellent, the food itself was just okay. The staff was friendly & attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, & the ambiance was modern & inviting. The decor, with its stylish lighting & spacious seating, definitely adds to the experience. As for the food, it was decent but nothing special. The burger & sandwich were well-presented, & the portions were generous, but the flavors didn’t stand out. The fries were a bit overcooked, & the Caesar salad was fairly standard. It’s a nice spot for a casual meal, but if you’re looking for something extraordinary, this might not be the place. Would I come back? Maybe, but mainly for the atmosphere & service rather than the food.View more

Absolutely amazing service. They were so nice. Good was so so so good. Didn't feel pressured etc. A lot of menu variety. Waiters were so kind & attentive & make you feel welcome. Amazing prices as well for the quality of the food. only thing I'd suggest is they change the music on the restaurant…. Some music was inappropriate to be honest (the lyrics). They put too much "tiktok" & "trendy" songs making the restaurant look cheap (just my opinion). They could go for cozy music, piano, jazz, just a softer calmer vibe instead of POP & rap etc. Maybe they do it for a dynamic vibe ? I don't know but anyway I'd 100% recommend this especially that some things are halal !View more

The meal was absolutely delicious, & I truly loved the vibe; the aesthetic of the place was charming & inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful brunch. A special shoutout to our server, Yousir, who was incredibly professional & attentive. He really catered to our needs & added a personal touch to our dining experience. If you're lucky enough to have him as your server, you're in for a treat! Overall, the experience was demure & cutesy, just as I hoped it would be. We went multiple times to this pleasant restaurant for breakfast. My kids & us loved the food & the ambiance. The food was always delicious & fresh. We had an amazing waitress the first day (I didn't get her name). Johan was our waiter the other days. He was always attentive & friendly. We had a great time here. We had a server today that demanded we tip. When he handed us the machine, he had already selected the tip option. When I unselected it & paid, he lectured me on how people HAVE to tip here. I have been here before, & our server was amazing. She was very attentive, & I did tip that time. This time, we saw our server twice, & when it was time to pay he told us that we have to get up & pay at the front when I've seen other people pay at their table & last time they bought the machine to us as well. This time around, I felt very disrespected. He tried to take advantage of us, knowing we were tourists. The food was okay. I'll never come back after this experience.View more
