A passport in a cup, & somehow it all works. Unicone isn't just another ice cream shop. It feels like someone took the world's dessert map, brought it to Montreal, & said,'Let's see what happens.'

What makes this place special is how much of the menu draws inspiration from international dessert culture, with flavors inspired by countries such as Thailand, India, Argentina, Morocco, Iran, Lebanon, & the Philippines. It is such a fun way to experience different cultures through dessert without leaving downtown Montreal.

But the one that completely stole the show for me was their Filipino-inspired Halo-Halo. If you prefer simplicity, then the'Ube Halaya' is a game changer!

Halo-Halo is already one of the Philippines' most iconic desserts, but Unicone's interpretation takes it to another level. They take the colorful, refreshing, & wonderfully textured Filipino classic & give it their own creative twist. Every spoonful brings something different - creamy, fruity, chewy, sweet, & refreshing all at once.

I also loved how adventurous the whole concept is. You can explore flavors inspired by different parts of the world, & each one feels like its own little culinary trip. The atmosphere is fun, the staff are welcoming, & the creativity behind the flavors really stands out.

10/10 ice cream spot! My friend & I came here today & loved everything. The ice cream was super delicious, & the scoops were huge & very generous. The place looks gorgeous, & the service was wonderful-the girl serving us was so friendly & kept a big warm smile on her face throughout. Highly recommend😋😛!!
