This was over three years ago but if I remember correctly it was the repeated inability of the staff to get my simple orders correctly. I'm talking a trio + an extra burger. Not rocket science or a difficult order.
Je commande à emporter, je me déplace j'ai ma commande, en confiance, je rentre & la je reçois sur 3 articles, un article. Je retourne leur expliquer pour récupérer le reste. & pas un mot n'est sortie de la bouche de ce Mr pas un désolé pour ça! Le déplacement, rien absolument aucun son il me donne mes articles, tout ça évidemment avec les airpods dans les oreilles & nonchalance. Très classe... Plus jamais ! UPDATE 3ans plus tard RÉPONSE À CET AVIS : Après 3ans on me demande mon numéro de commande 🧐 parce que mon avis compte & QUE CELA EST PRIS TRES AU SÉRIEUX ! VOYONS UN PEU DE PROFESSIONALISME S'il vous plaît !

Je viens de lire votre réponse.... Ça fait 4 ans de ça... Date exacte... Aucune idée.... L'endroit & bien celui du 50 St-Zotique.. C'est bien ici que j'ai rédigé la publication, je n'ai pas l'habitude de rédiger des publications a un endroit autre qu'a l'adresse concernée.
Food is great, since we discovered we never ate any other fast food again, & the service is my favorite across town, the guys there on Fridays at least are the sweetest, & food is always nicely done with care

Listen, I don't know who hurt that last reviewer, but clearly they've never tasted joy between two buns. Uniburger isn't just a burger joint - it's a sacred weekly pilgrimage. Every Friday, like clockwork, I show up & bite into what can only be described as beefy enlightenment.

These folks are so warm & friendly I often forget I came for food & end up deep in conversation about life, love, & which sauce is the most underrated.
If you're looking for a cold, soulless fast food chain, keep walking. But if you want a burger that makes your eyes roll back in bliss & staff who make you feel like family, Uniburger is the spot.
