This was over three years ago but if I remember correctly it was the repeated inability of the staff to get my simple orders correctly. I'm talking a trio + an extra burger. Not rocket science or a difficult order.

Frite industrielle froide. Manque de professionnalisme. Burger très standard qui ne mérite pas son prix. +1$ pour rajouter un peu de sauce dans le sandwich, c'est illogique. La seule chose qui est bonne c'est la limonade 😂 chose que je peux me procurer au dépanneur. Je met deux étoile pour leur participation. Essayez le au pire & vous jugez par vous même.
Paid 42$ for a double patty impossible burger combo w poutine & received a single patty & three bites of a poutine… was hard to communicate my order cause they didn’t know what "all dressed" meant… most likely not returning cause I could’ve eaten for 6 meals had I saved this money for groceries & I should have.. That’s what I’ll do & I’ll give our burgers for free in the streets to compensate for the Robbery this place is..
