i tried it once, i thought i'm gonna have the kinda average burger for $16 , you know the standard level, but what disappointment, honestly was awful burger & expensive, small portion..
anyway this is my personal opinion based on my personnal experience i mean this is what i thought & what i felt in this place the time i was there, certanily we are not juging anyone in here, nothing more nothing less, & i would like to share it on line
J'y suis allé juste avant l'heure de pointe (pratiquemment à l'ouverture) & les employés faisait rien, ils auraient pu en profiter pour nettoyer les tables qui étaient tous sales. Malpropre, 3 erreurs dans ma commande, service lent & boulette plus ou moins cuites dépendant la bouchée. Aucune idée le pourquoi de la renommée du restaurant.. haussez vos standards

I recently tried Uniburger in Saint-Denis, & I was really impressed. The burgers were juicy & packed with flavor, way better than I expected for a fast-casual spot. I loved how fresh everything tasted, from the toppings to the buns. YUM YUM!
Edit: vos burgers & frites sont basiques. Un burger & des frites ça peut être excellent mais là, c'est moyen, médiocre. Je sais pas quoi vous dire de plus. Tout est dit.

Edit: as a reply to the owner commenting my review. You are asking me to tell you about a Burger I had 6y AGO, all I remember is that it was greasy, but to tell you exactly, sorry but my brain & memory emptied the file along time ago. It's just a Burger.
Il s'agit d'une première pour moi. Je me présente au restaurant afin de commander pour emporter. L'établissement semble vide, bien que j'aperçoive des membres du personnel à l'arrière du restaurant. Je présume alors qu'ils sont occupés à travailler.
Toutefois, malgré ma présence, aucun membre du personnel ne vient à ma rencontre ni ne m'adresse la parole. Au contraire, ils demeurent à l'arrière, hors de vue. Après environ cinq minutes d'attente sans service, je quitte le restaurant. Je constate alors que le personnel ressort.
Un autre client entre par la suite & la même situation se reproduit : le personnel se retire à l'arrière sans offrir de service.
L'événement s'est produit vers 21 h, le 3 mars 2026.
Amazing food. Great fries. Very delicious burger. Great for takeout. However, the new cashier they have working this location is unfortunately one of the rudest people I've ever encountered working service. Audibly scoffs, visibly rolls his eyes, doesn't even make eye contact or say hello.
This was honestly the best burger I've ever had, & burger is my favourite foodgroup. My boyfriend & I went for lunch & was blown away by the quality & taste of the burger & fries. I asked for lots of pickles & the provided me with a side of pickles! Friendly staff, & clean restaurant. We drove 7 hours to montreal for the night & this burger alone was definitely worth it. I will be dreaming of it until I come back!!
This place was really filthy. The dinning room, the floors. I could see into the kitchen & the floor & counters were filthy with food everywhere . I don't want to think about how they handle or store food. It's not a great look. I wouldn't recommend it.
