Commande passée le 8 septembre via le site (plateforme DoorDash), à emporter. J'avais commandé un trio burger simple avec cornichon/oignon, poutine & thé glacé. J'ai reçu 2 cheeseburgers sans les ajouts demandés, avec frites & coke diète; rien de ma commande, malgré une facture correcte.
Les frites goûtaient l'huile rance & semblaient reposer depuis vraiment longtemps. La laitue dans les burgers était molle & visqueuse, probablement mal conservée ou décongelée, ça m'a particulièrement écoeurée.
Au téléphone, l'employée a reconnu l'erreur (commandes inversées avec un autre client), mais a refusé le remboursement, disant que c'était'la responsabilité de DoorDash'. DoorDash, de son côté, a affirmé que les commandes à emporter ne relevaient pas d'eux & que c'était au restaurant de régler ça. On m'a proposé de la nourriture gratuite, que j'ai refusée ; je voulais un remboursement, pas remanger un repas qui m'avait dégoûtée. On m'a promis un rappel du gérant'tout de suite après' : deux jours plus tard, toujours rien.
Une erreur de commande, ça arrive. Mais l'absence totale de suivi, le ping-pong entre le resto & DoorDash, & surtout la qualité douteuse de la nourriture méritent d'être connus avant de commander ici.

Experience was amazing, good 10/10 Service 10/10, guys were really friendly. Everything was cooked to perfection. High quality & fresh I really recommend this spot. It will blow ur tastebuds.

J'ai jamais vu un restaurant aussi pire , j'ai l'habitude de manger à uniberger sur Bélanger c'est impeccable, mais lui c'est une catastrophe aucun gout , des frites brûlé… honte à vous

This was my first visit to Uniburger, & honestly, it was an amazing experience. What impressed me the most was the warm welcome, the friendly smile, & the professionalism of the young lady. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in.

I ordered the meat poutine, & it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the new Mangonada that was recently added to the menu, & it completely exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly refreshing, full of flavor, & had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, & spicy. It's easily one of the best frozen treats I've had, & I highly recommend everyone give it a try.

A big thank you to the young lady for her excellent service & attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back, & I'll be recommending Uniburger to my friends & family.
