This was my first visit to Uniburger, & honestly, it was an amazing experience. What impressed me the most was the warm welcome, the friendly smile, & the professionalism of the young lady. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in.
I ordered the meat poutine, & it was absolutely delicious. I also tried the new Mangonada that was recently added to the menu, & it completely exceeded my expectations! It was incredibly refreshing, full of flavor, & had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, & spicy. It's easily one of the best frozen treats I've had, & I highly recommend everyone give it a try.
A big thank you to the young lady for her excellent service & attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back, & I'll be recommending Uniburger to my friends & family.
On-site it's pretty good... but ordering it's a flip of a coin... sometime you get lucky sometime you don't... cold burger with soggy lettuce w/ cold & soggy fries at that price... I'll pass!!

On my very first day in Montreal, I was looking for a good burger restaurant, & I found Uniburger. After hearing it was one of the best burger places in Canada, I decided to give it a try.
It was absolutely delicious! I ordered a Double Uniburger with fries, & a Simple Uniburger for my child. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared.
What made the experience even more special was the lovely server, who drew a cute picture on my child's meal. My little one was so happy! It's such a wonderful idea to make children enjoy their meal & feel welcome.

Monday, July 6 at noon was our second visit, & it was just as great as the first. The flavor is always the same, the taste is consistently delicious, & we were served again by the same friendly, smiling waitress.
Personally, quite overpriced for fast food. I paid $35 for a one-person order: cheeseburger, poutine, & a milkshake. The milkshake glass was only filled about 3/4, & the poutine barely had cheese - I could literally count the pieces. As for the portion, it was more like an entry size. The sauce was tasty, though, which I appreciated. Service was friendly overall, but the staff seemed a bit rushed when I arrived, & a delivery driver nearby looked tired about waiting for his order.
The burger itself was big, but the patties were dry & the overall taste was a just bland. For that price, I could've gotten a family-size poutine & a burger at La Belle Pro & been more satisfied in taste & portions.
I wouldn't really recommend this place unless you're already nearby & craving a neighborhooddy fast food meal. There're several options on Fleury that this one goes lower on my list.

This place is awful & terrible. the woman working at the front desk has the worst attitude ever. shouldnt be working in customer service. you ask her one question & she gets angry & rude & everything. didnt know you cant ask a nutritional question or whats in the burger. never been treated so poorly or rudely. she has a horrible attitude & is beyond mean. people like this shouldnt be working in customer service if they cant handle anything at all. atleast their fries are good but even with that i have not returned or stepped inside again. not worth it at all.
The patty was way overcooked & was so dry. There was not enough sauce to balance the dryness, & it was not evenly distributed. It tasted so bland. The poutine's fries were old & also overcooked. The sauce didn't taste like anything.
?I went Friday, the 23rd of January. Please don't let that guy cook anymore. He's trashing your brand to the ground.
The lady before us had to repeat her order 3 times.
It's been 3 times I ordered here & because I don't order often, never recognized the pattern. I'm always sick when I eat this, & two days ago was the worst. Nestea tasted like it was fermented, & burgers unseasoned greasy mess. I burped the fries for two days plus everything else I'll spare you.
We were at your restaurant with my friends just now, & the burger was really delicious!💯💯💯 We'd like to thank the lady who welcomed us for her kindness & hospitality. We truly enjoyed our visit & will be back again soon, insha'Allah.
