I personally don't get the hype. I love curry, I love gyoza, but what I ordered just wasn't very good. The gyoza were soggy & falling apart, & the curry udon was cold (I did order delivery, but it didn't take very long to arrive). The texture of the udon noodles was great, so points there. However, the curry itself was incredibly lacking in flavour as far as Japanese curry goes, which is a shame because it seems to be incredibly hard to find good Japanese style curry in Montreal. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. Maybe I'll try an in restaurant experience sometime, delivery isn't always the best way to judge & I want to believe all the good things I hear about this place.
Curry udon & a saison au yuzukosho...what an absolute delight!¡!¡! So well balanced, awesome aromatics, wicked good looking bowl & bodacious beer. Hit the spot to put it mildly!¡!¡!
Great & super friendly service! I try & keep an open mind & support vegan foods from time to time. I do think over all it helps to reduce our meat & animal product consumption overall. Unfortunately, the shiitake gyosas were nearly tasteless. Taste like nothing. If you're not a fan of vegan food, this won't convince you.
Si je pouvais donner plus d'étoiles, je le ferais! Les plats sont délicieux, délicats & abordables. Les cocktails sont également très bons & le personnel est super, généreux & connaisseur. Il s'agit, de loin, d'une des meilleures places où manger sur l'avenue mont-Royal.
Offre incroyable à un prix modeste, savoureux & original! Bravo! Déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite 🔥
La première fois que je suis aller à ce resto miam tout était parfait je croit que c'est le propriétaire qui m'as servi Suis aller une 2 ieme fois hum salade concombre goûtait pas le wamafu mais l'eau Suis aller hier ben là concombre mou insipide & dumplings pas cuit 🥺🥺🥺 Suis déçu plus ça m'as coûter 27$ c'est grave ☹️ pas dure d'y retourner La pire chose pour un restaurant c'est de ne pas avoir de constance
Highly recommend. Love that Montreal has such a strong Japanese culinary presence. Good for parties of 2 , it is a small place. We had the pork gyoza, wafu cucumber salad, creamy potato salad, udon curry & the udon creamy miso. They were all perfect, & prepared exquisitely. The cucumber & potato salads pair very nicely. Also loved the house yuzu lemonade, not too sweet, not too tart. Service was super friendly & well executed. Eat there!

This quickly became my favourite quick meal spot while I lived in Montreal! I took everyone who visited me & I make sure to pop in every time I'm back in the city. The spicy tofu is my favourite :)
Cool for vegans, nothing compared to authentic Asian cuisine. They were sweet but had a hard time with service & the food was okay but had I known, I would have put my money elsewhere to be honest...

Very good vegan "grocery store" with udon & crispy dumplings! Definitely would go back.
Leurs nouilles Udon fraiches sont excellentes. Pas comparable avec les cochonneries emballées sous-vide qui goûtent le plastique qu'on retrouve un peu partout.
Stopped by last week & had a great meal. The staff which helped me steered me on to some other great vegan places, which I appreciated.
Minuscule restaurant, magnifique design & cuisine végane savoureuses!
