J'adore ce restaurant ! Dès qu'on franchit la porte, on a vraiment l'impression d'être au Japon. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le décor est soigné & le service est exceptionnel. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné & toujours souriant. Chaque visite est une belle expérience, autant pour la qualité des plats que pour l'atmosphère authentique. C'est sans hésiter l'un de mes restaurants préférés. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent vivre un petit voyage au Japon !

The happy hour deal was amazing & miso vegetable ramen was delicious just needed to add the chilli oil. Would definitely recommend it. All we had was vegetarian & it was satisfying!

Une superbe découverte pour une soirée tapas & cocktails entre amis !

Mes amis de Montréal m'ont emmenée chez Ukiya Izakaya & j'ai adoré l'expérience ! C'est l'adresse idéale sur le Plateau pour partager une tonne de petites assiettes asiatiques dans une ambiance super vibrante & décontractée. Voici mon retour d'expérience :

Les Tapas : Nous avons partagé une belle variété. Les takoyakis étaient excellents (bien croustillants à l'extérieur & fondants au coeur), & les dumplings au poulet étaient parfaitement poêlés. Mention spéciale aux brochettes de boeuf & de poulet, très bien grillées & savoureuses.

Les Sashimis : Une excellente surprise ! Le poisson (saumon & thon) était d'une fraîcheur irréprochable, coupé avec précision & fondant en bouche.

Les Cocktails : La carte des boissons est très créative. Les cocktails sont originaux, bien équilibrés & complètent à merveille le côté salé & grillé des tapas.

🏮 Ambiance & Service
Le décor est moderne, branché & l'ambiance est très animée (parfait pour commencer la soirée). Le personnel est souriant & dynamique. Le service était globalement bon, même si l'attente entre certains plats était un tout petit peu longue en raison de l'achalandage.

Verdict : 4/5. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour un concept de partage aussi sympa. Une adresse colorée & gourmande que je recommande sans hésiter lors d'une visite à Montréal !

Les ramens sont délicieux, tout comme les sushis tacos fait spécial pour le weekend (je vous souhaite qu'ils les ajoutent à la carte régulière)! En plus, un excellent service, je recommande!

ThAnd snow my kind of Japanese restaurant- no sushi at n the menu! Sure they have sashimi, & nothing against sushi per se - when it's done as a high level food experience (almost never in the west), it's excellent; usually, it's fast food.

In this down tempo At Denis eatery their menu has a huge array of fair priced appetizers that are more than filling (& perfect for sharing) as well as ramen & bao & larger plates.

Their sake based cocktails & large selection of sake are impressive. & highly recommended are the grilled oyster mushrooms.

For me, attention to detail is what takes this place to another level - no ice in the water they serve you, the miso soup is dark, food is sometime served on long wooden planks for large groups. Awesome!

It was my first time eating here & we had an amazing experience, the food was really great & even the presentation was wonderful. I'd want to eat here again but there's one thing I'd want to improve here & it's the lack of images for the menu. For most of the food we want to see how it looked like & also wanted to consider the portion size. However the food was good either way. I'd recommend visiting & try out the foods here.

Went all you can eat from 3-5pm. It was good! Food quality was excellent! Everything was tasty & there was a free drink included in the price.

I will say the food options were small in my opinion, there was only about 10 dishes give or take that were offered on the all you can eat menu, but the drinks were very good. I would recommend & I will definitely be coming again.

Superbe resto. Nous y avons été pour l'appartement hour (tapas à volonté & drink pour 25$ht). Le personnel est professionnel & super sympa. Les portions sont très bonnes & généreuses. L'ambiance est super cozy. Je recommande le tempura de crevette! Le choix de drink est diversifié (moktail, cocktail)
